This property is fantastic! The staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and assisted wheneve possible. The rooms are clean, the bar/restaurant area are clean and orderly, the bar tender is friendly and shares information about the bar/coffee/food prep - very welcoming. The location is perfect for walking my dog, nice parks and walking bike riding locations are very near, restaurants and many retail stores are near, grocery stores are very near (within walking distance).

I would prefer parking to be free for guests - $12/day isn't a deal breaker but it feels a bit like you're getting nickeled & dimed to death -

The cleanliness of the entire building. Staff was friendly and took the time to answer our questions. The suite we stayed in was big and we loved having two bathrooms. We will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed on the 3rd floor. It had an odor that we noticed every time we got off the elevator and when we exited our room. It smelt like someone passed gas. One of the things I’ve loved about hotels is how nice the place smells. I didn’t get that from this hotel. Not a reason for us to not come back though!

The lobby looks fresh, the elevator is modern and silent. The room was clean and tidy with modern and comfortable walk-in shower. The free wifi was also very good.

There are no services in a walking distance, so to stay in this hotel you need a car or Uber. Prices in the convenience store are unreasonably high. The hotel rooms are heated by ventilation, so the air is very dry during winter times.

They make you pay $12 to park in the parking lot of the hotel - absurd since you are staying there and it's just a regular lot surrounding the hotel - not a parking garage. Other thing is if you did not know the area they give you no information whatsoever - no information in their room about what is in the area, no info on turning on the television, guide, etc.

i liked the gym area, bed was comfy and suite was nice and roomy. felt like my own little apartment. even came with work out equipment and a bike! staff was really attentive when my fridge wasn’t working at 11pm, so they swapped it out.

breakfast at the even kitchen and bar is not even worth spending money on, i wouldn’t eat there again. go to one of the local breakfast places near by, there are several!

The location was so great, very close to avalon and ameris bank amphitheater while still being so quiet. It was super duper clean and smelled like vacation. Parking was easy, pretty cheap and close - no valet, yay! The front desk team were all so sweet and the water bar being still up late at night was fantastic.

Overall very pleased with this hotel and would recommend to others as well. Super clean. Loved the shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc in the bathroom. BONUS - workout equipment in a ROOM -- LOVED THAT!! The gym (which I didn't use and only looked at) had a lot of awesome equipment. Never have I ever been in a hotel gym that had a rower!! Bar area was very nice and a variety of snacks. Staff was super friendly and very down to earth.

Unfortunately was not able to take advantage of the onsite food service. The chef didn't show up either nite that I was there and when I went down for breakfast one day, there was no one eating or breakfast items available so I assumed no kitchen staff available. And my reservation price include breakfast.

The exercise equipment in room. The bed was very comfortable. Lastly, everyone was pleasant and the lights in the room were nice. Having a family and needing to move around in the morning and not wake up the kids with the lights makes a huge difference. Across the street, there is a community in walking distance by the Regal that fosters and vibrant and fun nightlife, it’s a college like feel but instead of the hard partying it is a sit down chill vibe with beautiful landscape and family friendly atmosphere.

The room has a high humidity or for some reason would be hotter than the hallway or other areas of the building. Clammy is what I would describe it in one word. Also, the window footing on the 6th floor is unsafe near the elevator. I understand the reason why it becomes a problem yet I understand the fix needed and the safety liability it presents.

Paying for parking seems a little ridiculous given how much I paid for the room. The coffee maker didn’t work in the room and there was no free coffee in the lobby which seems like a small amenity that would be greatly appreciated by customers
