Comfy bed, quiet atmosphere, clean room, great hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns and bacon.

No hot chocolate or herbal tea for non coffee drinkers at breakfast, room lighting somewhat dim, litter in hallway not picked up.

For being small, it looked deceiving, but once inside, everything was clean, and especially the room was super cozy. I've stayed at more expensive and higher star hotels and by far, one of the best I've had. The beds were the most comfortable beds. You actually got four fluffy pillows, and the noise was minimum. Great location to shopping and food.

The only thing out of the whole experience was the TV. Not all channels were able to be seen at full screen, and our TV was very static.

The price was good, and the location was excellent

The breakfast could have been better. Also, the breakfast area was very small.

The breakfast was fairly ok and a wide variety. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. There was free parking.

Staff was super amazing and even helped us search for our daughter's lost phone. We've stayed here a few times and staff have always appeared to be in a good mood. The place was super clean and breakfast was good.

It says online that they're pet friendly, but when we got there the front desk informed us that they no longer were. They thankfully worked with us since we've stayed with them afew times before. I'm sad we may have to find a new place to stay when visiting family in the area because of our little dog.

I loved the breakfast & how clean the rooms were. I also loved how Jeff treated us.

They kept rushing us out the room. We told them one time we were coming. We had our pet dog & we were trying to make sure there wasn’t poop nowhere before we left. They charged us a late fee and I felt that wasn’t possible since we explained our situation.

The room is spacious, the lighting, the convenience of the location, the staff was super friendly and helpful, had to move from one room to another transition was easy !

Plug in bathroom didn’t work, 3/4 different spots in bathroom needed to be cleaned and this is over 2 rooms I had.

It was clean, quiet, in a good location. They served breakfast, even though i dont eat breakfast. Have security outside and inside. A plus.

Sometimes the security door lock wouldnt work right on the side exit. And could finish patch work. Need to replace refridarator and microwaves.

The last day about 9:30 in the morning, someone knocked on the door. I was getting out of bed to go answer it and someone just walked in. I know check out wasn't until noon. So I was not happy but about that. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Definitely over priced though

Housekeeping just walking in my room. Didn't even give me time to get to the door.

Hotel is nice and close to a lot of restaurants

Pillow cases were stained and hair was on the floor from previous occupants. You pay a $50 deposit and its taken off your card right then but it takes 3-5 business days to get it back. When it should be put back as fast as it was taken off. Plus I paid for the the room online then had to pay a deposit at check in. Ppl in the next room argued all night and morning
