The rooms were very clean and there was a lot of room for our family. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't much to complain about. If I had to commit, it would be when we got there that gave us the wrong room number. Someone was in the room they initially gave us. They quickly resolved it and gave us a room. Also, I don't really like being charged to park at the hotel overnight every day we are staying.

The entire place was very clean and well kept (both inside the building and outside). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean; and the bed was super comfortable as well!! The breakfast was very nice; and there were many options including cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, biscuits, bagels, bacon, sausage, turkey sausage, cheese omelets, and pancakes!! Noise levels were very minimal, and I felt very safe there. I would definitely stay there again.

The only negative thing I could mention is that we were missing 1 set of dishware/silverware, but the front desk staff was very quick to provide us with the missing items as soon as they were made aware of the issue.

I felt safe it was quiet the beds were comfortable. I was able to do laundry. I was also able to enjoy the fire pit for Sunday Service on the patio.

A few of the washer & dryers were out of order &!made it kind of inconvenient to only have 2 working with a full hotel. They do allow dogs which is okay you might hear a bark here and there. Some of the other guests would forget about their loads washing . It would have been nice if they kept a closer eye on how the laundry facilities where being used so everyone is being courteous to the next guest that needs to wash.

This property has more character than a typical chain in the area. It also has a small kitchen . The view of the woods was nice. The outdoor seating and pool are cozy. There are alot of side exits, so you don’t have to walk through lobby

The layout of the hotel is weird and makes luggage harder to move, not a good location for ppl with mobility issues.. I think if your aware of this beforehand it makes it workable… The couch cushions looked dirty

Excellent location. Welcoming, very helpful staff. The facilities including outdoor pool, gym, launderette, breakfast, all of which we used. Room was very comfortable and had all we needed for a long stay. Comfortable beds! Definitely will stay again on our return to Alpharetta.

If a resident, should we be charged for parking?

That we could have a family of 4 in a suite without sharing an actual bedroom!

Slightly overpriced, parking should be free since it’s onsite and not city/street side or parking deck parking, smelled like marijuana in certain places inside the building and in our room, no toilet paper in the bathrooms near the lobby, very cheap/thin toilet paper in guest rooms, very few snacks and drinks available for purchase, breakfast didn’t last long enough (7am-10am would be ideal, not 7-9).

It was convenient to the places that we wanted to be around and it was a clean facility.

I didn’t like when we went to check in and on the counter there was a sign stating that there is a $5 charge for parking when on booking.com there was no mentioning that we had to pay. The young lady waived the fee but I thought that was very disturbing to not advertise paid parking in their description when booking the room.

So, if you're hunting for a comfy hangout for your family, this place is just ideal. It's got plenty of space to spread out, which is perfect for everyone. And don't stress about your furry buddy, they're more than welcome here. It's like a home away from home, with everything you need. I promise, you'll adore it!

Oh my goodness, this hotel is in a great location. Also, great staff all around they was top teir the rooms were very clean, just some minor issues, but nothing to spoil the trip just the tub stopper didn't work for my son he don't take showers and the refrigerator on the out side had rust on it but like I said minor you want be disappointed if u stay here the rooms are like apartments the rate is so good and they gave us a complimentary upgrade 😀 will definitely stay here every time I am in the area

Just that the rust was on the refrigerator, but on the outside, the inside was very clean and no toaster oven in my room, and the tub stooper again minor issues also they should add more choices to the breakfast but overall it's a good breakfast

I was actually really surprised with the property. My friend and I stayed here for a concert (the amphitheater is like 10 mins away). For $147 (fees included) we got a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite with a full kitchen & living room. It was basically an apartment with dishes & glasses and cook wear. It’d be perfect for a long term stay. (They even have guest storage closets in the hallways - I’m assuming you can rent them for a fee.) very cool. Something to be aware of - they have $100 incidentals hold upon check in, which would’ve kind of been nice to know ahead of time just in case someone was traveling with a limited amount of money and didn’t have a credit card.

The only thing I could note was that there weren’t any signs to direct you to the elevator and the hallways all look the same, so I definitely got lost leaving my room a couple times lmao
