hotel just so lovely Front desk and bar staff so super professional, pleasant and welcoming We had just missed happy hour upon arriving from long drive and front desk person and bartender were very happy to make exception and allow us each a complimentary cocktail. Wow!!! outstanding guest service and care.

Just one little thing. Seems when you book online through 3rd party platform, you can end up in what seems to be a "discount" room where you can tell some things may be in some disrepair or just not quite as nice. also, we have found this at other hotels too----really really need to make sure guests with pets are not assigned rooms near non pet guests. there was a guest right below us who had a dog barking on and off throughout the evening until about 10 pm. other than these things, our stay was wonderful. We have been staying at Embassy Suites for many years. It is our most favorite hotel, hands down.

Breakfast was exceptional. I came to the hotel to heal after a surgery and Patricia and Pablo both especially made getting breakfast effortless (and with a broken foot/in a wheelchair, everything usually takes effort). I really appreciate them both. I appreciated the hotel letting me use their wheelchair during my stay there as wellness

Maybe price. But even there. It was unreasonable for what was offered at the hotel. I just couldn’t partake in much of any of it and it was very expensive.

The suite was exceptional, featuring remarkably comfortable beds. The separate living and sleeping areas, each equipped with a television, would have been ideal given more leisure time. The breakfast omelets were delicious, and coffee aficionados will appreciate the wide selection of flavored creamers and sweeteners. The front desk offers a comprehensive range of convenience items, including frozen meals and ice cream. The fountain is aesthetically pleasing, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The overall experience was outstanding.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and serene. It’s not too big at all, but has just the right amount of charm. I loved the plants, the fountain and the overall ambiance. It made our stay so relaxing.

My only complaint would be the windows in the room were pretty small, and the lights were very bright where the indoor pool was. Also white lights in all the lamps in the room. Not a super huge deal. We’d stay again.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were large and cozy. Also the extra plush blanket was such a wonderful feature.

The only complaints I have are the carpet and couch were stained, and I am aware this is not the hotels fault, but there was a couple in a very aggressive fight at 8 am. The man was literally screaming and cursing at the top of his lungs. We could hear every word through our ceiling and vent.

The property is in a great location for a family trip. Away from the crowd of downtown and nearby shopping centers. The complimentary drinks and snacks for the family are great.

The swimming pool is extremely cold which was very disappointing for my children. They have the swim area with high heat to accommodate the pool being cold which was very uncomfortable. The pool was a big part of our trip so this was not good.

Bed room is separated from the living room, hence very large room. 2 large flat screen TVs. Shampoo and shower gel in good quantity, efficient hair dryer, cuisine sink and coffee maker in the room. Omelette for breakfast are great

The doors don't lock properly in the room. There is noise in the living room coming from the atrium. The breakfast choices could be enlarged if you want something other than omelette.

The breakfast was awesome. The happy hour reception was very nice. We met some very nice people during the reception and the indoor pool was fabulous! We visit Georgia to see our grandchildren and the hotel was perfect close to everything shopping, restaurants etc. We are definitely going to book our next stay at the Embassy Suites !

Breakfast was good, I like that it was hot and fresh and the many options available. I liked how friendly the staff was.

-I didn’t like that indoor pool wasn’t heated like stated. - I didn’t like that there was a time limit to use complementary things. - And I didn’t like that there was a charge for internet if you didn’t sign up for hotel -I didnt like that the bathroom was really tight and small.

Located about 40 mins from Atlanta. Wonderful continental breakfast so many different foods to choose from to eat. Very nice if you have picky eaters. The beds are super comfortable. The staff are so nice. The rooms are a very nice size for a family to spread out. We have 5 in our group and we liked having the extra room. The pool was a little cold at first but we warmed up to it after getting in.

In the shower it was a little dark after closing the curtain. Also the lamp in the room with the couch seemed dim. Wasn’t very bright like the lamp in the room with the beds. But it’s fine we managed.
