The breakfast was really good and I love that fact that it was open long enough for those who like to sleep in. I loved the jacuzzi tub it was more than enough room for myself and my spouse. They refreshed our towels everyday without us having to ask. The hotel was on a very quiet and nice part of Atlanta. We still got to enjoy the hype of Atlanta night life without all the noise and traffic. The front desk person was amazing and they made sure our needs were met the entire stay. The free parking was by far the best part of our especially when everyone charging $20 and more to park your vehicle.

The breakfast included is always a plus. Very kind staff. Easy check in and check out. Good room space, clean and very nice bathroom with jacuzzi. Good location.

The remote wasn't working but i didn't used anyway. so, It wasn't a problem for me.

What should you expect from a continental breakfast? Rather spartan, cereals, milk, coffee, juice, bread, yogurt, etc. You won't be overwhelmed, but you won't go hungry either. The location was good for my needs, but the Atlanta area is huge, so check the map before you book. If you choose to stay here, there is a truly wonderful Indian food restaurant just next door to the hotel. The chef is a really fine fellow with an extensive history in world class restaurants and in the cruise ship industry. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite!

What's not to like? The hotel is a bargain for the money, especially compared to surrounding facilities! It frankly is not the newest hotel in the area, but it is clean, well maintained, and the staff seems genuinely interested in meeting the needs of the customer. Don't expect shiny or fancy and you'll be fine. The room was spacious with really nice amenities such as a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sofa/sitting area, and a desk and chair. The A/C blew cold and the windows had those light blocking shades to keep the room dark even with the sun up in the morning. It's a smart option if you're staying in the area!

Large room , comfortable bed , basic but good breakfast, good selection of hot and cold food .

I’ve given top scores for staff and facilities as all but one member of staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The staff member who checked us in wasn’t very helpful at all, he had a “ couldn’t care less attitude “, not good at all for a customer facing role . Re the facilities, all good apart from the pool . We had hoped to go for a swim , however, as the pool was dirty we were unable to do this , the area around the pool wasn’t good either ☹️

The staff is friendly. And it’s pretty clean. The breakfast bar is fairly decent.

The rooms are dated, and the beds are slightly uncomfortable. But you get what you pay for. The elevator takes a while for the doors to close.

We came down from Western North Carolina to see a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. My fiance and I had an absolutely wonderful time while in Alpharetta. We loved staying at this Country Inn & Suites. The employees were helpful and very sweet people. The lobby is clean and cozy. Though we did not stop to eat the continental breakfast that was available, the display was tidy and perfect for a quick breakfast - cereals, fruit, coffee, juices, toast, etc. There were also vending machines available with snacks and drinks.

There was no downside to our entire trip. We had a wonderful time and we were surrounded by wonderful people - simple as that.

Exceptional staff when I checked in at 7pm on 9/6/23 - really appreciate the room location on the first floor close to the lobby.

The elliptical machine in the workout room didn't work right, and the lights turned off while I was in the room.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff was amazing. I will highly recommend this hotel to my colleagues and family members. My only recommendation is to have more breakfast choices for hot meals such bacon, ham or omelettes.

We loved the big Jacuzzi whirlpool in our room. The only downside was that the jets were not working, but it was relaxing even without those. The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. It was very peaceful, but also close enough to a "downtown" area with all of our favorite restaurants.

The bed was a little hard, but with the few extra pillows we bring from home it was tolerable.

Very friendly staff. The location is good, right off of 400. Quiet area. Comfortable bed.

A little bit dated, if that sort of thing bothers you, but everything was comfortable and in good shape.
