Beautiful and clean, great location, nice breakfast. Well lit parking lot.

Room was beautiful but not very functional. Need foldable luggage racks in the room, there were few places to put suitcases except on the furniture. Need more light fixtures- the whole back half of our room was very dark unless we left the closet door open with the light on. Sliding door on the bathroom looks great but was a pain in the butt to use, and it didn’t want to stay closed.

The room was super nice! Spacious. Comfy beds. It was clean. The bathroom was nice and big. *Love the sliding door* The location is great; there are plenty of things to see and do. Shopping, Dining, etc. The surrounding area was really nice too. Gorgeous, actually. + it's within walking distance to the amphitheater! *Why we were there*

There isn't really anything i "didn't like." My opinion: The shower head is junk. Actually, the design of the showering area isn't ideal either. *Door leaks water all over floor, lack of towel holders and no "placement" for shaving or drying... if you know, you know...

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Asked for late check out and was only given 30 additional minutes. There was probably 10 guest in the entire building. So didn’t think it would be an issue to checkout at an hour or two later. But it all worked out ok.

Didn't like that the bathroom had a glass door. The light would shine through it if someone used it at night and disrupted their sleep. Would rather have a regular door.

I love everything about this hotel. The location was perfect it wasn't on a busy street and close to lots of restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the whole place is very clean. I will definitely be back.

Hotel was very clean, very nice, staff was great, location is perfect for attending shows at the Ameris Bank Amphitheater and is in a very nice, safe area.

The only thing we lacked was a full length mirror in the room but that is not a necessity by any means

Super clean facility. Nice large updated room. Bathroom was nice as well. Great location and easy to access. Felt very safe as well.

I do not have anything bad to say. The bathroom door would not stay closed, that is all I can think of.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I like the set up for the bathroom because it was very different. I also liked that the let out bed wasn't traditional.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. I have never had and breakfast without eggs. I also didn't like the waffle in a bag option versus having a waffle iron.

Gym could use some updating to have all size weights available in the set. There is room for bikes and other equipment. Mats would also be nice. Breakfast could have better options also.
