The rooms were spacious and modern. Lots of storage and the beds were comfortable. We loved our couch in the room as well. The location was perfect, full of things to do and shopping.

It took them hours to give us fresh towels each day. They need a better rotation for towel maintenance. Breakfast was okay, but it could be better.

Very clean and close to what we were doing

We were getting our things together to check out and a man knocked on our door around 11:30 two separate times for us to check out. I know it was a busy night and there were a lot of rooms to clean it was just kind of annoying and felt like we were getting kicked out

The breakfast was awesome as usual. The staff was more than helpful to my husband and I. We love staying there when we visit.

It was only one elevator this time. Had to wait long before the elevator came. Our television in our room was messing up. It would freeze up and we could not see the picture.

The location was perfect. I was there for a 10k and within walking distance to Start line/sidewalks all the way. Shopping close by for last minute items:Target/Dick's. The room was great!! Two beds. A divider where LR/pull out sofa. Had a small table and chair to the side and even a wet bar. The bathroom set up was good as well. Sink separate from commode/shower. Small closet tucked off with iron.

Definitely could tell construction going on. Elevator missing button. Also it would go when you pushed down.

The breakfast was good ,I wish they had grits on Sunday instead of oatmeal. We liked the turkey pattie sausage on Saturday morning, but we wanted bacon on Sunday. Instant grits would have been better than oatmeal.

Hotel was clean & room was spacious - the bed was super comfortable & the breakfast was decent

The o my negative would be that they didn’t put out enough breakfast. So make sure you get there early enough before they shut it down. Seemed like 30 minutes til breakfast closed, there were slim pickings & nothing got replenished.

I have gluten and dairy restriction and the sausages were pork so there was not much for me to have other than eggs and berries. The berries were really good.

I would like to have a microwave and more coffee in my room. I didn't request room service and my room phone was not working but not a big dal though for me.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, special shout out to Stacy - she helped with transferring our items to a different room after a minor hiccup with the one previously assigned. Hotel is in a great area and conveniently located within minutes of local restaurants, package store, gas stations, shopping stores, family fun attractions (main event, bowling), etc. breakfast was also really good throughout the weekend stay.

The hotel could use some renovations. One elevator was broken so wait times were a little longer than normal. Carpet in the room was a little dirty but that’s to be expected with carpeted hotel rooms. Recommend bringing house shoes/slippers when visiting. Other than that, all else was well.

Shuttle to concert. Frank, the driver, was great.

Breakfast was great, with good variety, but dining area was crowded during peak time on week-end (Sunday). This senior couple had to stand to eat. Maybe have a priority seating area for seniors?

We loved the location, pool, gorgeous room, family friendly environment, and the breakfast cooked nice and fresh for everyone each morning.

They could use a few more tables & chairs for people to sit at for breakfast but over all great stay.
