There is a really nice hiking trail not far from the hotel called Big Creek Greenway. And a dog park which I did not go to. Also noticed a lot of shops nearby as well.

With as many pets I saw there over the weekend. It would have been nice to see an area for pets and/or clean up stations outside. I am one of the responsible owners that cleans up after my dog. And was surprised how many poos were left behind by other owners.

This property was so comfortable. Everything was clean. I felt safe to walk my pup around the property in the early morning and at night. There is shopping right around the corner.

I wish they would have cleaned my room daily. The staff was available if I needed fresh towels so it wasn’t a huge problem.

Great location, safe surroundings. Clean. Good parking , free.

A little expensive. Need more parking spaces. Strange set up for breakfast. Not polite and not professional staff in the reception and woman in kitchen in the morning.When asked if they had some milk for the oatmeal,they just said “ no”! Disappointing.

The location was great! It was quiet and there were several restaurants that were nearby. They were very pet friendly. The employees were very nice.

The pool has been closed for a while and breakfast is made to order and an extra charge.

My only complaint is that the pool had a LOT of algae. I own a pool, and know all they (probably) need to do is add some algaecide. There was “green” on the steps, which made them slippery, and green (algae) all on the bottom of pool

The location was perfect and the room was clean.

I paid for an extended late checkout. Went out for brunch and my key would not work. Parked near my room and had to walk all around to the front. When I advised the desk associate...she said "oh" what time did you say??? And updated the key...no apology or anything. This was the same person who advised of cost for late checkout and too the info hours before.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, pleasant with an updated design, it was close to down town and within walking distance to a great strip mall. The staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

Loved everything, wish breakfast was included and that there would be a microwave in the room The bathroom door was extremely heave and had issues closing and opening.

The staff was really nice and help me with any questions I had.

I stayed 3 night but everyday I had to get my door keys reprogrammed.

I was met with a warm welcome when I entered the lobby. Checking in was effortless. The manger on duty was very helpful and when he realized it was my birthday, wished me a happy birthday. The overall front desk attendant and manager were some of the friendliness people I have ever encountered in a hotel stay! The room was fun and great - bed was comfortable. The buffalo wings from the in-house restaurant were delicious. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Aloft.

Wasn't really anything that I didn't like. Everything seemed to be taken well care of for my stay.

The location of this hotel was immaculate! We were headed to a concert at the Ameris Amphitheatre and we were so close to the venue. The hotel is clean and the staff was very kind. We would definitely stay here again should we visit the amphitheater.
