I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Comfort Inn Roswell Dunwoody. The staff was AMAZING and the customer service was stellar from the moment I stepped in the door and met the MOD (manager on duty) Shabbir Lightwala and his son. He was very helpful, and kind, and personable. The hotel was clean, the room was very clean, the lobby and breakfast area were very clean and the food was great. The staff was very sweet, kind, and professional. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Great Job

The bed was firm but cushiony, very restful. The breakfast was very good with exceptional helpful staff. The area was very quiet and made resting easy.

The room was a little small. In my opinion, placing a handicap stool in the tub/shower doesn't qualify as handicap accessable. The side entry door didn't always close which allowed people into the hotel without a key. We were told no pets but I encountered 2 dogs in the hallways.

The staff at check-in was very good. He explained where to park the car in order to access the elevators easily. The few issues we had during our stay were corrected immediately by staff.

This location is in need of renovation. The carpets are old. You can see the stains in the carpet that can no longer be removed. The walls have been repainted enough times that when the paint chips off, you can see the old paint.

I liked that bed was big and comfy. I asked the staff for more towels and they gave me way more than I expected to get. The hotel was in a great location. It was quiet and I felt completely safe and sound.

I did not like the lightening in the bathroom over the sink. I wish it was a bit brighter, more vibrant. The lights were pretty dimmed. I like the lights in the actual room. They were definitely brighter and better.

The hotel was amazingly clean. Breakfast was very good as well. The staff was busy but helpful and resolved our TV issue in the room in a timely fashion.

The walls and furniture need touching up. There were no holes but a little TLC would easily remedy those blemishes. It was clear that the cleaning staff was on the ball but perhaps not maintenance as much.

The breakfast was great. I liked the sitting area off of the breakfast area.

Our room was on the 1st floor. It was too musty smelling. I asked for another room, which ended up being just 2 doors down from the 1st room. It was better, but not much. It was ok for our quick 2-night stay.

It was the best part of our weekend in Atlanta. The staff was super. I'm not sure it's a good thing or not, but it was kinda special that the afternoon after we checked in, the desk clerk (Reggie) called us by name! Even in this day of C0V1D, the room was serviced. It was a pleasant surprise to come in after a long day and find a made-up room! The breakfast both mornings was wonderful!

I'm used to a much firmer mattress. If you like a soft, "fluffy" mattress, you'll love it!

I found it difficult to locate channel on the TV. I started watching a channel and then the next day or hour the channel was not available.

Facility and amenities seemed old or outdated.

The staff was excellent and my room was very clean. The gentleman that work the front desk Mr. Sudhir stood out the most. He is very professional with a lot of patience. He work hard to see to our every need even with us arriving late. Thank you
