The ladies at the front desk were angels. Very accomodating and sweet. I'm from Canada and had a TERRIBLE racist experience at the microtel in lithonia l and was looking for another place to stay to complete my trip. It was a bit out of my way and I didn't have the best phone reception but the ladies at the front desk made me feel so welcomed and like family. And unlike the last place when I explained I needed a late check out due to waiting for my ride they didn't hesitate to let me wait it out as oppose to create a scene and call the cops on a female in a completely country. I honestly was planning on going back to Canada after that experience and this stay just made me realise not everyone is like this in Georgia and the southern hospitality among the native Georgians is still a real thing. I actually was looking to make a review the very same day I left because the little small acts of Kindness from literally every single staff made a HUGE difference and they didn't even know my previous experience. The room was clean and comfy but it really was the ladies that gave me an internal boost to thug it out a little longer in Georgia. I'm a singer who came to work on some music projects and my spirit was honestly dampened and they brought it right back up.Thank you ladies I will definitely be back again! Only down fall was I had no phone reception

The convenience of the work place. Uber for a small amount and the bus stop is at the corner of the hotel.

I didn't like the hidden motel 6 booking fee of $2.00. I feel it should've been included in my final payment online.

I truly appreciated the staff. The manager, Miss Kendra, and the whole staff were extremely helpful, patient, and welcoming. I look forward to returning soon.

I had to wait for a microwave. I, also, had to pay an additional $2.00 per day for a hotel fee. It was not included in the booking price.

The staff was very nice and polite. My room was good, clean and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful.

The only thing that was kind of frustrating was that you can't get ice and get to the vending machine from 10:30 pm until 7:39 am.

I showed up early and they let me check in before the normal check-in time.

The floors definitely had not been swept or mopped for a while as they were dusty and dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful Sunny is the best!!!! He made my stay worth every dollar. He cares about your safety and very firm on that. Very polite and helpful!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Sky I think was the lady's name that checked me in, she was super friendly answered all my questions & thanks to her I was able to get a well needed good night's sleep.

The TV was set on dark mode or something & I was going to try to fix it but didn't want to mess it up worse so when I went to the office to ask sky wasn't there I guess she left but the other lady said she didn't know. But it wasn't a big deal so I left it alone.

Sheets were clean, as were Floors and fridge

Heat was really blasting hard so it had to turn off heater to bring it down to an acceptable temp. Overall, Not a big deal.

Laundry wash and drys work well, Clean spacious and hassle free, but without a pool.
