The front desk person was incredibly friendly and welcoming, not at all like so many people who seemed annoyed at me checking in at other hotels I've been to. She did a fantastic job of starting my stay off on the best foot.

My toilet was a little wonky in the flushing at times, but it always worked eventually. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.

The price keep going up, I’ve been here for over a month you would think I would get some type of discount for loyalty. I’m going to have to leave a find a cheaper place to stay. Paying 600 plus a week is ridiculous.

I liked the value for the money I spent. The room was clean and perfect for the two nights I was there.

I was in room 236, and the freezer was very loud when it turned on. Also, the TV sits on a low cabinet. It should be wall mounted where the mirror is and at least a 50"

I love the location, ease of checking in, extending my stay and the room was decent and comfortable. It was pretty quiet. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The hallways smell of urine, cigarette smoke and marijuana. The breakfast is only grab and go items and very, very limited. There were two roaches during my stay in the bathroom. Wi-fi isn’t as stable and should be, cuts in and out.

Reception was great, room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. I wasn't expecting much, so it exceeded my expectations.

For 1 night, it was exactly what I needed; there wasn't anything I wanted more. If I'd had a longer stay, the need to ask for plates and utensils might have been a bother.

Breakfast: didn't have it, as the menu was limited to picked items. Location is good, accessible to nearby restaurants by walking itself.

Breakfast, Internet speed, and make sure that the remote is working properly for the TV. And provide water bottles if needed.

I like the size of their rooms and it’s a peaceful place to stay.

2 Irons didn’t work! Bath tub in 107 needs painting because the dark spots makes it look dirty!

Booking.com needs to match the actual availability of the rooms. I reserved a double and got a king when I arrived.

The rooms were nice

The shower was cold water, which I did that evening. There was an argument right outside our door and the police were called, several times. Next we smelled pepper spray.
