My granddaughter had the breakfast one morning and she thought it was great. She enjoyed it very much. The front desk employee was very nice when we checked in and soon after we checked in I received a welcome text message that I could respond to with any needs we might have. Jessica was her name. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The first day when we came back to our room, the cleaning staff had come and when they made the beds they had made my granddaughter's bed and put her stuffed animal up on the pillows and she was so impressed with that. To her it was a 5 star hotel!!. We swam 2 nights in a row. The pool was warm and it clean. I was impressed that there a lift for someone who was in a wheelchair to be able to use the pool.

Honestly, there really wasn't anything we didn't like. We will definitely be staying here when we come back next year.

Spacious room. Clean linens. Comfortable mattress. Polite staff. Breakfast for $13. Large parking area. Strong air conditioning. Two 0.5L bottles of water in the room.

Unfortunately, there was one significant issue: the diverter for the shower was broken — I couldn’t switch from the overhead showerhead to the handheld one. Taking a shower was uncomfortable. The staff responded quickly and sent someone to check it, but unfortunately, he wasn’t able to fix the problem. He said a plumber would be called the next day, but by that time I had already left — without being able to take a proper shower. This left a negative impression, especially since, when you’re on the road, the main value of a hotel is a good shower and a good night’s sleep. At least the sleep part was great.

The surrounding gardens are the perfect backdrop for the hotel! We loved the greenery all around the parking lot! It made us feel like we were out of the city. Also the staff here are impeccable! We bumped into Megan at the desk frequently and she was such a joy! She complimented all of my outfits and had a genuine interest in what our day was like. It’s always a pleasure to stay somewhere that it’s clear the staff enjoy their time.

The king size bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was very nice and clean. Location felt safe.

I wish the charge for "incidental damage" had been explained to me. It was very unclear and even when I asked for clarification, it was still unclear. Eventually, the gentleman at the desk explained it in a way I could understand. Also, there was a problem with the dead bolt lock on our room. Additionally, I wish some sort of breakfast had been included, instead of just an overpriced breakfast option to buy.

The staff was excellent. Megan checked us in and was very nice to chat with. She even comped us a few breakfast coupons, it was very much appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There were very close walking trails that we took advantage of every morning.

The toilet was very low to the ground. It felt almost like a children's size toilet. The bathroom faucet handles were a little spongey to operate.

It was great to be able to stay in a hotel that didn't smell like weed. No problems with others staying there, noise, ect... Restaurant breakfast was excellent as always.Staff is the friendliest in ATL. You get my business every time I travel to Alpharetta.

I didn't have anything to complain about. Great stay as always.

I like the 24/7 Access to the indoor pool. My daughter and I had a great time! Also, there where no bugs whatsoever, which is always a plus The temperature in the room was nice and comfortable with no issues

I did not like that I was not informed that they charge for breakfast prior to my stay. I am used to hotels giving complementary breakfast or no Breakfast at all.

THERE WAS A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM AND A FRIDGE. THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKED REALL WELL. WAS AN AMAZING LOCATION. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND TIDY.

THERE WAS NOT AN OPTION FOR NEXTFLIX OR SMART TV. THE TOILETS WERE HARD TO FLUSH YOU HAD TO HOLD THE HANDLE DOWN FOR A WHILE. THERE WAS NO TV GUIDE YOU HAD TO CLICK THROUGH EACH CHANNEL.

We have stayed one time before great location friendly staff for most part only one person I could do without

Lady at front desk needs to be somewhere besides front...let me describe her....large lips, bottle blonde, fake eyelashes, couldn't stop talking to someone at hotel to help the guest with a bucket of ice...something that should never happen...

I really enjoyed the location. Came to town on family business and was extremely busy. The room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was fine (we were rushing constantly). No issues whatsoever.
