Everyone was very friendly and helpful - from the valet, front desk , breakfast cooks/ chefs and house keeping . I had my hands full with 4 kids and yall made it an easy process ! Room was clean , pool area was clean , I saw HK cleaning elevators and glass every day I was there . Anything I asked for was accommodated and I even had lost my work phone and it was found and I was able to get that back . All around outstanding visit!!! Thank you guys!!!

Only minor thing I would maybe recommend is getting more luggage racks , wasn’t a big deal - as I had an army of children with me 🤣 but if I had to say one thing I didn’t like it would be that I suppose!

Location was great, hotel was clean with friendly staff. The indoor pool was a huge plus for our kids. Breakfast was amazing.

Unfortunately the hot water in our room was awful. I had to run the faucets and shower anywhere from 20-30 mins before I wanted to take a shower to get the water warm enough. I called the front desk and they sent someone up, but he told me it just took a while. We were on the 6th floor, so not sure if that had anything to do with it. We also had an issue with the valet, it took a while to get our car in the morning. I’d recommend self parking if you don’t want to wait.

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff, the free breakfast is outstanding, and valet parking was great! The people that work for this hotel were all tentative, personable, and made you feel welcomed. When I travel to Alpharetta, Georgia, I will definitely be staying at this hotel again without a doubt.

Front desk staff was great at accommodating me and my family. Concierge was quick and friendly. I locked myself out of my room and maintenance came quickly and was friendly as well!

The air conditioner for our two room suite did not cool our room. Maintenance brought us a fan (which helped but was not pleasing to the eye or expected from such a nice and new hotel). Valet charged me even though I self parked. That was not okay.

The breakfast was good with fresh to order omelets, I was a little disappointed that they did not have the usual waffles that are generally at Embassy Suites hotel. Overall it was a great location and very well maintained hotel.

I wish the room assignment was better. I asked for a couryard view at check in but was assigned a room over looking the interstate.

As soon as we pulled it the staff opened my door and helped us with out luggage. They were very nice and helpful. We went to the lobby to check in and out room was not ready. The manager got on her radio and ask us if we could wait 20 minutes. We told her yes. Very nice lady. We explored the hotel a bit. It was very nice and well maintained. We even got to meet the owner. He was a very nice man. Our room was very big. It was very nice and clean. The bed was nice an comfy, the pillows too. The couch was pretty comfy as well. The Corner Suite was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

There really was not anything that I didn’t like. Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable.

Location, newness and cleanliness. Spaciousness of suite. Breakfast was great. Made to order omelette were excellent.

Manager’s reception. Drinks were fine but the snacks were pitiful! We got down to the reception shortly after it started, and all that was left was a half a bowl of pretzels! I have been to many Embassy Suites before and you actually could make a meal out of the snacks. Not this time! The sofa in the living area of the room is a cheap sofa and not comfortable. Also, when four people are staying there in the room, you do need more than 2 cups! We called down to the front desk and they were brought up promptly.

Buffet breakfast was great. Staff is great.

Shower water was cold in the morning. The staff at the counter immediately acknowledged they are having a problem with a few rooms and that they are working to get this fixed. She immediately offered to adjust my bill. No issue with her acknowledgment and offer to make restitutions great customer service on her part.

The room was amazing. Everything was clean and in place. Mostly everyone in the staff was so nice. I also LOVED the breakfast. From now on Embassy will be my hotel of choice

The parking wasn’t exactly ideal but it wasn’t horrible. And there was one front desk gentleman at night that shooed away (the best way I can explain what happened) my sister when she was trying to clarify the parking. Other than that we had a LOVELY time.

The hotel was amazing! The lobby was beautiful and the room clean and spacious. The beds are so very comfortable too. We loved the hot breakfast each morning. The waffles were great as well as the bacon and eggs. Another thing we loved was the area around the hotel. There was plenty of nice shops and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. We absolutely will stay here again when in Atlanta.

The only thing we disliked was having to pay extra for parking.
