The staff that I interacted with were great to work with. I appreciated the room setup and cleanliness of the room. I also appreciated the amenities in my room. The blackout curtains were greatly appreciated and helped block out noise outside as well.

The shower door seal did not really do its job well with the shower being glass, and the door did not have a latch to keep it tightly closed. I would of really liked to have water available at breakfast - there was only orange and apple juice (which was nice, but not ideal).

We were told by a front desk employee that we would not be charged for the first nights stay in 2 rooms that we had. We were there for a basketball tournament and our kids did not have to play the first day so we called customer service to modify our reservation. We were told to call the location to verify that they could accommodate the request. We did and were told we would not be charged. Sad to say we were charge for both rooms and were not offered any alternatives.

Very nice size room, comfortable bed. Large shower

Sofa was stained all over. Toilet needed fixing, had a leak so it ran intermittently the entire stay. also there is a blinking light directly across from the bed which was SUPER annoying at night. Asking front desk about a way to cover it and got a shrug.

I liked that the hotel was in a good location not too far from stores or places to eat. Since we visited to compete in a tournament that was a plus because we were all wore out. Oscar was also amazing. He made us feel welcomed and let us know if we needed anything he'd be happy to help.

I didn't like there was hair in our sheets and the pillows weren't as firm as I'd like. So that was a bit off putting but other than that everything else was nice.

I helped my family to our room on the 3rd floor . we had a baby so there were full load to carry . not but a few cars in the parking lot and I failed to lock my car door knowing I was coming right back out to grab the last bag. when I came back that last bag was gone . OMG. so unexpected. a nice location and really no one to be seen …. but my last bag was stolen that quickly. I did report it to front desk…. “nothing we can do” was response .

Nice location and the way the room was laid out. The young lady attended the front desk was fantastic.

We were attending a soccer event and had a game at 8 am. check our was at 11. The games last about hour and a half so we but the hanger on the door so housekeeping wouldn’t come in and we check our when we got back. When we return around 10 the hanger was removed and we couldn’t access our room. We had to go to the front desk for them to reactivate our room keys.

Location was great , next to everything! Staff was very polite & helpful ! Room was great & spacious !

Heating in pool & selection of breakfast could be better

The staff was very friendly and everyone spoke to you. The room was a great size and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and surprisingly fulfilling.

Some areas throughout the hotel definitely needed some maintenance. The elevator panel seemed broken, the light above the shower was out and the towel rack was very wobbly. You could see where it used to be screwed in the wall because the holes weren’t patched

Breakfast was very tasteful and fulfilling. The staff were very friendly and professional. My overall stay was great and checkout was at a great time

My room had hair on the bed and one of the towels had a stain on it but overall still a great stay
