The staff were amazing. Many of them asked me about my stay and were eager to help if I needed anything. Varsha, in particular was very helpful.

The breakfast could have used some more choices without added sugar. All of the cereals had added sugar. If there was just one (like Cheerios) that didn't have added sugar that would be wonderful. Also actually having true plain Greek yogurt would be nice. (There was a bowl labeled "plain Greek yogurt" on the breakfast bar, but in fact it was sugar-sweetened vanilla yogurt, which is not the same! :)

Few of the front desk staff was great such as Christian and food staff. Room was service well. Didn't care for desk clerk on day one of ck in. Wasn't accommodating about our discount which we wasn't aware of.

As stated wasn't aware of way discount was handled when booking. I feel he could have been a bit accommodating since we didn't know. We noticed he converted with another person, we also made a call to Booking.com. Otherwise other staff was great.

Very nice and cozy wants to stay here. Love the fireplace. At the lobby. Quiet place. Wonderful breakfast.

Breakfast not free should be included or add cost with the stay. They do have a good continental breakfast. Barely people really come down to eat.

The room was comfy and thr most beautiful tree right out the window. The staff was courteous, one individual, brown hair male, works desk, was over and above kind and generous. One other girl, long braids, was so rude to me in the lobby. She kept asking when i was checking out. She wasnt nice at all.

They were under construction at the time of my stay, but it really didn’t affect me personally. I also think it’s crazy that you have to pay for breakfast.

It's was very clean, bathroom , carpet and beds. The pool was also nice and clean and great for children. The room was modern and up to date furniture.

I can't find anything that I didn't like about this property. I had a great, comfortable stay.

I liked the cleaning staff and front desk.

You could tell that there was a problem with the ceiling. Needs to be resurfaced properly.

We loved this Hotel!! I worked for hotels for 5+ years and really fell in love with this location!! Staff was friendly, rooms and grounds were really clean and amenities were accessible to all.

The only thing I was not ok with was that my ID was not verified at check in. Also at check in, i provided a different card than what I booked with and was expecting the room, tax AND incidentals to be authorized to this card. Well, the incidentals were authorized to the original card I booked with without notice....The card i booked with had no funds (hence why I provided a different card) and this led to an overdraft.
