Beds were so comfortable. The room was very clean. The room came with plates bowels cups coffee cups dish soap dish washer liquid shampoo conditioner and body soap. All smelled very good. The breakfast was very good. Different stuff different days. Hot and cold options. Breakfast sandwiches waffles round eggs sausage bacon home fries bangles cereal fruit milk juice

The breakfast ladies was very very rude and not nice the lady that was in the lobby part cleaning the breakfast earache. And she would just stare at people. Didn't get my wake up call.

The staff at the front desk is very professional, from their dress to the way the speak to customers. I felt safe and like I was in a clean, well-cared for hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, and The ac worked wonderfully! The location is near shopping and restaurants in a safe part of town. If you are a female traveling alone, this is an excellent choice! I started out at another hotel in Cumming, but it smelled like chemicals in my room and random grubby-looking men were running around the lobby and in the parking lot…shouting. I wish someone had reminded me about the laundry facilities when I checked in. The frozen and boxed food you can buy is convenient, but it’s too expensive!

Maybe not leave sandwiches in the heated glass box so long. Some where cold but they will heat you up one if you ask so it was not a problem

Fire/Smoke/? alarm went off at 2:18 a.m. Only stayed on for a minute or less, but still very disconcerting.

In room climate control unit was a little bit noisy. No complimentary slippers available.

I was in Rm 314 and an elephant was walking in the room above me. I woke up in the night to someone snoring next door. The walls are paper thin. I really needed a good night’s sleep. I will not stay there again.

The hotel manager Aj was excellent! He was very accommodating and kind. He met all our expectations and even went above and beyond.

Convenient snacks including chocolate milk and chocolate ice cream, naturally salt treated pool wax very nice

The room keys stopped working 2 hours before checkout

I had pay for it myself because I got down there and my booking thru you with affirm didn’t go thru so hotel was great you are horrible
