I specifically requested two queen beds because I was traveling with my teenage son and they gave me a king bed to share! Not something you want to do as a mom! No ther rooms were available. I called booking.com to complain because I paid more for the reservation but they brushed me off. I will not be using your services again to book a hotel!

I could have gotten the room I paid for and r at least been refunded for the difference. Definitely not happy with booking.com

The bed was excellect----after a nights sleep--i had no hip pain...awesome. The bed was softer than we normally have at home so maybe we have to switch to a softer mattress. the complimentary breakfast was great....turkey sausage, veggie omelets make with egg white, greek yougurt,....what is not to like! The opportunity to take the stairs---added physical challenge---yea!

The overall room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for 2 adults and 2 kids. Price was good for 2 beds and sleeper sofa. I felt the prices for the drinks and snacks were competitive but not ridiculous. Unfortunately, we woke up too late to check out the breakfast.

Staff wasn't rude but also not interactive are welcoming. During both check in and check out we had to wait on the receptionist as they were sitting outside, however I understand them needing a break. I was disappointed with the stains on the carpet and and stain on the bedding . the noises made by the elevator were scary at first but probably just normal for an older hotel.

The staff was so nice and made sure every request was taken care of. It was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable.

Breakfast was okay. My family loved it, but I was not impressed. They only had eggs one of the days for breakfast and pre-made omelets the others days. It would be nice to have boiled eggs available.

Very friendly and helpful at front desk. She suggested Ice Cream Shop just across parking lot. What a nice treat after a long drive. Korean Steakhouse next door. Lots of restaurants. Housekeeper on 3rd floor very cheerful and pleasant. Nice breakfast. Clean and quiet.

Forgot earplugs. Something made ticking sound. No big deal.

Friendly staff who worked hard to keep things tidy and organized. The lady with the Eastern European accent was professional, helpful, and friendly.

Smell in room as I walked in. Strange stain on blue wall. Looked a bit like dog pee? Candy wrapper under chair by lamp that wasn’t mine.

The breakfast was very nice quite a few choices on the buffet. If you couldn't find something you liked you weren't very hungry. Nice size room and clean

Being sent to a room that was already occupied and the pool room was very very warm. Water didn't look real clean

our room didnt have a remote. we asked front desk for one. A remote was brought up but it didnt sync to the tv. The AC was not controlled in the room. some points it was hot while at other times it was freezing.

Location very good, nearby a lot of restaurants, you dont need a car!!!!!!!!! breakfast was ok, american standart wifi for business travelers ok

Excellent hotel just a step to several restaurant and shopping center. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. A great place to stop again next time I drive thru Cumming
