Breakfast Buffet was OK. Lunch at Bullfrogs was disgusting. The food and service was atrocious. I had the Patty melt which I took one bite and passed on the rest. My wife had the Chicken that was bland and chewy , she passed on the rest. 3 drinks and a Burger and Chicken $100.00.The worst food and service that I and my wife have had in many years. After that nightmare we went elsewhere to eat for the rest of the stay.

Breakfast was very good but expensive for buffet. We chose to not eat breakfast the second day.

Our air conditioning was horrible. Would blow very hard and when we tried to sleep the air would blow right in your face. We had to keep getting up at night and turning it on and off. We had to set it on 77 just for it to turn off but it would never come on until we lowered it and then it was terrible. I told the lady at the checkout and she said "yes, that room has a strong air conditioner". If they know this, why did they not fix before others checked in?

Great breakfast and service at Sydney's! Lunch, dinner and snack options were excellent. Staff service was excellent. Service with a smile. Always willing to help.

I reserved a villa, I thought the walls were very thin. In fact, I could hear entire conversations, or the residents were very loud, lol! Also, were were no real water or wine glasses in the villas. I could not find where I could I ice or water if I didn't bring it from the main hotel building.

Lovely views, wonderful breakfast buffet, good food in the casual dining room.

The cottage bed too hard and cold air blew over the bed all night. No fireplace instructions, tv didn’t work in living room to enjoy the fire and a movie. Arcade pricing seemed very expensive.

The location was fabulous. We loved the saltwater pool. The fact the school breakers went somewhere else was awesome.

Could have used a microwave. Restocking of the coffee and related was hit or miss. The extra taxes were a shock to the wallet.

Villas are quiet and spacious Lodge has a nice pool There were people smoking and vaping We just went to the other side Bullfrogs (poolside restaurant) was very accommodating for the kids to eat outside and adults out of the sun.

Lots of construction in the main lodge that.

Very good food. Fresh and nicely prepared. Neat buffet. Excellent wait staff. Hostess or manager was personable and attentive.

No complaints. Exceeded my expectations. Admittedly, Far better property and staff than Chateau Elan.

The breakfast was excellent! Jacob was our server, and he was super friendly and he had a very nice smile. Also, after I commented on how GOOD the music was, he said he picked it out to play in the dining room. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

If the suggested restaurants were actually located there in the Lodge.

Staff was generally pretty good and helpful... Breakfast was over priced... We were on property for a conference... The food and service during the conference was really good...

Room (a suite on the lake) was somewhat rundown...

There is on-site golfing. The pool is heated and open 24/7. It is a really cool location and inspired us for a no-kids trip.

The lobby smelled strongly of cologne... they pipe it through the HVAC I think. It was a little overwhelming.
