I loved it! Had everything I needed. Loved the big fridge and freezer. The room was spacious. Will be back.

The bed wasn't comfortable. Maybe add a mattress topper. Some staff stood by the door smoking. I use oxygen so it was hard coming back to the hotel in the evening with a staff member standing there smoking. Do better. There was no can opener. The microwave was hard to get to. Maybe move it to a microwave cart. It was hard to use it. I asked and booked a room with a walk in shower and didn't get one. I managed but almost fell. Other than those things it was a quiet hotel and i.will come back. Put a light near the closet.

It was very clean plus I really had a problem twice operating thing and Mary, at the desk was wonderful!!! She was so pleasant and helpful!!!

The room I was in, 252 had a humming sound from the AC!! Kinda sorta irritating but I slept well!!!!!

I had trouble with getting heat because of the wall thermostat. There was a hole in the shower curtain.

You need an instructions manual to operate the TV. It was set up for Spanish, so it took 10 minutes to learn the remote and operate the TV.

The room was really nice, I had stove and refrigerator and staff was very welcoming and helpful!

The breakfast was just right self-service nice variety, plenty nice seating area for eating and also just for relaxing in the lobby area. Nice pool and fire pit area. Room was excellent very comfortable felt right at home.

Room was not clean from the former guest was told I had to request the room to be cleaned. That was unexpected. But was better after the cleaning crew came in and clean the room.

I liked that it was affordable and near where I needed to be during my visit. The kitchen was great. A fridge, stove and even pots, plates and glasses.

They have a stove in the room which I could cook my own food 😍😍 the bed was so comfortable to where I didn't want to get out the bed lol..

The elevator was down 😒😒.. it's look like the kids done mess up the button well broke it.. and all them kids was outside unsupervised 🤦🏾🤦🏾 that was a BIG NO GO other than that it's was good
