I love flooring in rooms rather than carpet, big plus. Bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable. Literally right behind the mall and all the activities across the street. Great location. Breakfast was good. Great customer service and text throughout our entire stay.

When we got there and got our room, we usually check behind ourselves when we close the door to ensure the door closes. Well this time the door kept opening without the key. A portion of the door had been broken so that it would not lock. Reported it and immediately received a new room. Prompt customer service!

The hotel overall is a nice modern updated design. I appreciate the large breakfast/eating/sitting space. The microwave is located in the breakfast area. Breakfast was included, simple but delicious. I loved checking in through the Hilton Honors app. I was able to choose the room I wanted through the app. I love love love the body wash and hand wash. They are lemon scent and are moisturizing/cleansing. The shower and overall bathroom was nice and clean. The room was spacious and clean. There is plenty lighting and sunlight. I appreciate that the TV channel guide was simple and easy to navigate. The mall is right behind the hotel.

When checking in, I think the check-in system was lagging or stalled. The front desk associates did not let any of us in line know what was going on. I learned it from overhearing them talking to each other. I believe I waited in line behind a large party of 10 people for like 20-30 minutes. I also did not like the limited parking after 2am. There were 2 U-haul trucks taking up 4-5 spots per truck. The front desk associate planned for something like this and allowed us to park in her spot for the night. If she did not save a spot for times like this, I am not sure where we could have parked legally.

The location is close to many stores, businesses. The food was decent. My son and I enjoyed the pool table. I am moving to Georgia in a couple of months and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family when they come to visit. We also took a short hour ride to visit a restaurant/Winery called Montaluce Winery. I highly recommend visiting. It almost felt like we wasn't in Georgia.

That there wasn't a microwave in the room and the refrigerator could have been a bit colder. A shower mat should be added to prevent falls.

New and modern style hotel. Clean and pretty. Very inviting as soon as you walk in. I loved the colors and how visually appealing it was. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! It was super close to the sugarloaf mills which was very convenient.

The walls seem to be super thin because you can easily hear your neighbours which is also annoying for you because you have to be careful not to make noise. Was travelling with small children so I had to keep hushing them because one of the guests got annoyed and I received a phone call saying if it happened again we would have to depart and pay the deposit! Didn't feel very welcoming or understanding. Shower is very clean but super slippery floor.

Solid breakfast, No issues. Well done :) Ohh and the shampoo and body wash were to die for !!!!!!!!! The body wash was straight up the bomb !!

So needed some coffee on a Saturday morning but I guess the early bird gets the worm :( You guys were out of coffee around 9ish... Either I need to wake up earlier or you guys could help out the sleepy heads and add more caffeinated coffee containers. I tried to slip a cup of caffeine-free by the Mrs..... but she wasn't buying it. :)

I asked for a late check in between 1-2.I got there at 2am. . When I arrived there the receptionist gave my room to someone else with the same last name as mines. When she tried to give me another room the system was down for 21/2 hours . I slept outside in front of the hotel until she called my phone which was 3:59.am. I had to be to work at 7:30 that morning. I got no proper sleep. All the receptionist said to me was I am sorry! I don’t think I should be responsible for the charges. On top of that I was sent the other persons receipt .

The room was clean. I loved the standing shower and adjustable shower head. I loved the stationary squeezable hand wash, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. I loved that the body wash and hand has a lemon scent. The queen beds were large and pillows were soft. There were multiple outlets. I loved the automatic A/C or heat. I used the online check-in on the app where you can pick your room number. They offer the digital key service on your phone. I called to let them know I would be arriving late at night. They understood and kept my room until I arrived. Every area of the hotel was clean. The elevators were quick. There are multiple games available in the lobby/lounge area. There were parking spots still available even though we arrive at 12:30am.

I did not like that there weren't any snacks for guests. If you wanted snacks from the area, you needed to purchase them.

The location is so convenient and safe. It was easy to get in and out of and the space was so clean and inviting. A step up from your traditional travelers hotel.

Mostly the people that I met who work at the property were absolutely delightful. They made sure that I had everything I needed and didn’t rush me in or out. The space is inviting and cheerful and easy to navigate. You can tell a lot of thought went into every single detail.

From the lobby entrance, I felt a clean and comfortable atmosphere. After talking to the friendly front desk lady, I received my room key and opened the door. It was a little smaller than other hotels, but that thought disappeared. The reason was that it was so clean and the shower room was perfect. The bed cushion was so comfortable that I was able to sleep well for the first time in a long time. I will use this place again next time.

From the moment of entry , we greeted my friendly staff and pleasant smells. Tru hotels have an inviting astectic with bright colors and modern features. The free breakfast was nice. The yogurt and coffee bars were great! Everything was clean throughout the stay. Accessibility to shopping and food in walking distance.

Our room was a little small but efficient. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable.
