The hotel always looks great, smells great and the staff is pleasant.

This was my second time and the experience was nice. There was a very loud smell of marijuana that I called the front desk about. It continued through the night. I hope they sent someone up but not sure they could do much about that. Also there should always be toothbrushes... I had the need for one for the first time in my many many years of staying at a hotel and the hotel didn't have any. This should be something you don't run out of.

When I finally got the room I had selected (they tried to switch me to an inferior room saying the one I selected was not ready) the room and view were great. The breakfast was very good.

They put $100 charge on my credit card. I am waiting for it to clear or I will have to dispute the charge. I didn’t get any services. Also they billed another of my credit cards for the stay even though I told them it was pre paid through booking. I am still waiting for them to clear that up. I don’t even know where or how they had that card number. It was not the one I swiped at the front desk. In fact it might be an expired card. This whole billing system is a mess.

I booked this room for my son Jake and his girlfriend for a stay cation to celebrate a milestone birthday. They messaged me everyday about the awesome accommodations, the wonderful breakfast. Jake loved the gym and they enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of the warm pool.

We love Embassy. Loved the text communication with Ross. We wouldn't change a thing.

The rooms are always clean, and the beds are comfy! Breakfast is delicious with lots to choose from for my family. The front desk employee helped us with giving us a later check-out. He was so kind. The outdoor atrium was very nice and created a protected outdoor space for us and our kids to hang out in.

We spent time swimming in the indoor pool, which was so fun for the kids! However, the pool seemed a bit dirty around the edges and some areas of the floor around the pool.

The atmosphere in the food at this location was fantastic it was close to the event that I was going to which made it where I didn't have to get a vehicle or spend extra money to get to set event.

A longer time frame for the breakfast would have been fantastic but other than that everything else was great.

the location was perfect and everything about the room was comfy, cozy, and clean. the staff was super helpful and very nice. the breakfast is amazing with made to order food! I will definitely be staying at the embassy suites from now on if it is available near where I am traveling.

the only negative to this property is that on the second night of our stay 2 out of the 3 elevators stopped working. we had to take stairs up to out room because the line for the elevator was too long! and on top of that we had to wait to try and get the elevator at check out and ended up riding it all the way to the top floor just to be able to get back down with the luggage cart.

The property is very nice with excellent amenities. The room was very clean and cozy. We chose this hotel because of its location near Gas South Arena. I am so so thankful this is the hotel we chose. Could not have asked for a better stay! The breakfast was amazing! 11/10 would recommend to anyone in the Duluth area.

Nothing! Loved it!

The hotel is beautiful. Gorgeous lobby, beautiful room. We stayed in premium king 2rooms suite. Had water, snacks for us. Rooms are clean very nice. Comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Very good insulation for outside. Delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

There were nothing to not like about this property.

The room was very spacious and clean.

It was connected to an adjacent room and you could hear pretty much everything that was being said in there.

Breakfast was ok. The room arrangement is perfect. The only issue is the bed, the mattrass is a bit too soft, i think the hotel should have an option of semi-orthopedic bed for guest with back issues. And equally make that option available to the guest during check-in.
