The property was very nice. It was conveniently located next to Gas South Arena. We were able to walk to the event we were attending. The room was very spacious and clean.

The only complaint would be we wanted to eat at the restaurant on the property and they are understaffed for that. We tried to order drinks and food. There was four in our party. The bartender took our two drink orders, made one drink and started serving other people, who arrived after us. We asked her for the second drink for the second person in our party. She said she had to help the other people who had came in after us. She then disappeared altogether. We had to tell other staff at the front desk what room to charge the drink to because the bartender had disappeared.

Breakfast was excellent! Wish it had been available a little later on Saturday morning. Pet friendly hotel but extremely clean. Bed and pillows we so comfortable! Perfect location for event at convention center.

Need info in room about food delivery options closeby. Shower needed to be cleaned a little better (mold/mildew) along shower door track.

Everything was great! Very clean! Very new! Spacious room. I’m very satisfied!

Staff. Unprofessional. There was 2 lady in the service desk. One of them was talking on the phone. And it looks like it was personal call. She didn’t even bother to go away from the desk. She just stood there and talked. While I was waiting to be checked in. Another lady tried to log in in the system and couldn’t do it. So we should wait y tel first (young girl) will be done with here call. How it’s possible that huyes are waiting until they will do their job? Why they even paid a salary? It ruined all mood I had since I had to wait longer than usual check in. But everything else was really good!

The hotel was extremely clean, and the bed was comfortable, and the best touch was the Dove dispensers,with the soap and shampoo,no more dropping the soap how convenient.

2 draw back to my stay my toilet ran the entire visit, I really couldn't blame the hotel if it was never reported, however I did let them know while checking out, and they need a bell at the front desk there were several occasions were the front desk Assistant was away doing double duties, otherwise this was a most pleasant visit I would and will stay again...and by the way the STAFF was ....COURTEOUS,AND VERY NICE.

The breakfast was good, the room size was amazing though a lot of room to move around in.

The internet was extremely slow and very spotty. At times I would have to switch to 4G internet as that was faster even with a single bar of internet. The internet was very slow and very finicky.

Location to arena for a concert

Our room had an odor in it that lingered during our stay. I believe it was a cleanser that was used but it was quite strong. Also, the AC malfunctioned on our third night which made the room a bit warm.

Great location to the Gas South Convention Center

As to be expected with large groups of kids in the area for a cheer competition, it was extremely noisy late at night. Doors slamming, people screaming down the hallway at all hours. No fault of the property, just the nature of the event unfortunately.

Very comfortable

Everything was good just had to get plumbing done to the toilet. I purchased 2 rooms and didn't see anywhere that I had to purchase a breakfast plan so I was surprised to have to pay for breakfast which wasn't bad and it was delicious.

The hotel room was quite spacious. The pillows were so soft and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything about the room was amazing. The food served in the restaurant was good.

The prices at the hotel store were a bit expensive. A bottle of Sprite, which normally would cost around $2, was $4.

Loved the location. Very close to events we were attending.

Traffic wasn't the best. Our bathroom light wasn't working properly. I didn't get the room that I booked and paid for. And the lamp light blew out upon our arrival.
