The breakfast was very good on my first day. I love the room size very spacious.

but the next couple of days it coulda been better but no not much of an option to select. Plus they runs out of the food. Water kept leaking from underneath the fridge every night. Shower head can’t stay up to wash comfortably, I had to keep adjusting the shower head.

Great location, close to Medieval Times. Ample parking on-site. The fact that an actual breakfast was included for this price was nice.

There was a bit of trash in the room (behind curtains & behind the chair). The most frustrating thing was their "pet-friendly" policy. We booked this room bc they were listed as pet-friendly, but noticed after booking that a $75 fee may apply. The hotel didn't respond to the Booking.com message, and it was too late to cancel, so we made other arrangements for our dog.

I liked the suite setup. My husband was up late watching TV in the living area and I closed the door to the bedroom and went to sleep. I loved the separation!

The entry walls were stained along with the walls near the dining table. I also mentioned the stains to the staff upon checking out.

The toilet is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, we would definitely stay again, the rooms have a kitchen and are adapted so that you can cook there, an excellent alternative!

The kitchen staff is not very friendly, most of the people, like the staff in the lobby and the housekeepers, always had the best disposition to help us, but the people in the kitchen, when we told them that the coffee had run out, did not answer in a very good way, we said that there was no egg and they did not want to answer us, it would be the only thing to improve in our stay

The room was amazing. Clean comfortably and loved the layout. Breakfast was perfect and tasted delicious. My favorite was the cheese eggs.

We were on the top floor and don't use elevators the stairs were not very practical. We were unable to access the stairs from outside and had to go inside and towards the other end of the hotel.

Breakfast was great! The rooms were nice and big.

There was a staff member that worked near the breakfast that never said good morning and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Not sure what that was about.

The location was great and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. The text messages from the staff at the front desk just to check in and ensure that I was fine, was a special touch. The breakfast choices were great and the food was good.

Breakfast was Great it was real food if you travel you understand. When I checked in got a text introducing the staff to me and asking if I needed anything further nice touch.

The carts are run down and broken - after being on the road no one wants to fight with a luggage cart.

It was located in a great area the staff was amazing hotel was extremely clean everyone was friendly in the amenities were all available and working

I can't think of anything that I didn't like I truly enjoyed my stay

The breakfast Sunday morning was stocked with a good variety of food and the Monday morning breakfast was great for on the go needs. Thank you
