The many of times I have traveled, this place, by far, has been the cleanest. The floors sparkled, and there was not a speck of dust in sight. In addition, the Cafe was clean, neat, and tidy. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

I truly liked everything it was great. I do however have a few suggestions. I knew I had breakfast with the room, and I’m sure the hotel knew as well. I think we should have been handed a menu with breakfast times. Also, in the evening, the Cafe said; Open from 5:30 till 10:00. No one was in sight, I had to ask the front desk for someone. She was sitting in the booth with her computer. I went to get an evening coffee, but all that was being served was coffee left over from the morning. So, that means the menu is limited. The website states there is coffee, tea, and water. I would adjust the website, or I would do what it states. No one wants coffee left over from the morning when the shift ends at 9:30. Which also mean, the coffee was made earlier that that. My two cents.

This is a new hotel or rather it’s renovated and feels very new . It had all modern amenities I was looking for . The location was perfect for my work needs . The staff were really good , special mention to Qazi and Marcia who were exceptional .

I wish the restaurant was full fledged . They do not have breakfast buffet , instead we need to place an order and wait . on busy workdays when the hotel has good occupancy , it may take a while for them to process the order . Again , I am digging deep here.

I was greeted at the front desk by Charles. Charles was unbelievably kind, attentive and displayed “top shelf” professionalism. When I was checking out the next morning, Charles was at the front desk. He remembered my name and that surprised me. His attentiveness and energy made me feel as though I was leaving home and that I would be welcomed back at any time. Thank you Charles.

It's close to my son's home. The area is nice....lots of surrounding restaurants.

I have stayed here quite often but there was one time my husband's truck was broken into despite the camera's. However, police came pretty quickly. Seemed there were numerous care break-ins in the area for that weekend.

I really enjoyed how nice and hospitable the staff were. I only stayed there for a night with my fiance, but I was treated as a customer that's been there every month. The room we got was a single king bedroom and it was nice and clean! The indoor pool and gym were nice editions to our stay!

Personally, it's a little pricey for my overall budget, and the bathroom lock wasn't working, but other than that, there was nothing wrong.

Everything! It was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff were excellent! Location was great, safe and I felt relaxed and welcome!

The pool was not open but we were able to use the pool at the sister property next door which their staff was not as friendly and helpful and there was a sewer/garbage odor at the pool which was not pleasant.

The customer service was great from the front desk Ms.Renee was phenomenal. Our room was clean, enjoyed the heated pool.

The restaurant needs better selections and it needs to add a few kid choices.

Amenities, location, cleanliness

Check in smooth! Stay cool! Until I asked maid in hall way for another wash cloth. You would think it came directly out of her paycheck. She informed me I had to call or go downstairs to the front desk. But she literally had a stack of them on her cart. Totally blew my mind.

The room was nice and clean. Good location.

The pool could use an upgrade. It was dingy, lighting was dim and overall mediocre. The breakfast was not up to par. Very limited selection as well as some items being out of stock. Disappointing.

I ate breakfast two days at the hotel. I had to send back the french toast on day one as it was burnt on one side. I had to send back the oatmeal on day two as it was cold.
