Love it ! It was very clean and comfortable ! The environment itself was just so welcoming and inviting .🤗

What I didn’t appreciate about my stay was when the cleaning lady tried knocked partially opened the door A DAY Before my leave ! Literally !! That pissed me oof so much !! Me and my man didn’t have no clothes on !! Thankfully we were under the blanket ! And that was at 10 something ! Y’all should educate them about it ! Because it would’ve been someone else, she was gon get whooped !

This property is excellent! Suites with fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed and lounge area, large flat screen TV, and a comfortable queen sized bed. Complimentary hot breakfast was very tasty, with biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffle maker, and even fresh fruit! Staff is courteous and attentive and keep the place in tip-top shape.

Stay was wonderful. Only a minor inconvenience is a rather small parking lot, with the gated pool beside it. No, no rooftop swimming pool!

The room was clean and relaxing.

The front desk staff that checked us in on Thursday, 7/27/23 was very professional, respectful and friendly with a smile. However, the staff who was on shift on Friday Evening, 7/28/23 was very nasty and unprofessional. I requested extra towels and she demanded that I bring the dirty towels down to her to get the extra towels, which I did. When I took the towels down to her, she handed me a trash bag to put the towels in myself as though she was too good to put the towels in the bag. I have checked In many hotels across the country and I have never received this kind of treatment. As a guess, I did not spend my money to serve the hotel, but rather to be served and respected. I felt disrespected and I don’t think this staff deserves to work for your organization.

I absolutely love the staff!!! They were so easy to communicate with about anything we needed! Like I told them I was paying half in cash and they made sure to let me know that they don’t accept cash and when I left my jacket they made sure to let me know that they had it and will send it back to me! Such wonderful staff!!!

Just that you had to turn on the main light to get the lamps to work.

I liked that the location was close to the areas I needed to get to. It's close to the hwy too!

There were 3 marks that look like blood at the entrance to the bathroom. I cleaned off the 2 that was higher because it was bothering me. It wiped off easily with some water which makes me think it is blood.

The room was great and very spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were also really nice.

The breakfast was lacking and could have had more options. Ham was the only meat option, and most of the drink machines were out of order.

I am naturally skeptical of what I see online. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my room and saw all the amenities. I'm definitely going back better prepped next time, for sure.

Clean and spacious rooms

Parking was a tight because of so many large work trucks that were there when we were. Was hard to find a spot most nights but that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The property was beautiful, friendly staff, clean rooms and all the amenities were amazing! The hot bar breakfast was also very good very clean and the food was fresh and hot 10 out of 10!!
