The clean smell upon walking into the lobby was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy. No obnoxious noise levels and breakfast was decent. The hotel was close to many restaurants walking and very short driving distances as well. We'd definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

There was a dog urine smell in the hallway (of our no pet floor) for about 2 days of our 4 day stay. It wasn't the entire hallway it was only in that specific spot. It wasn't there when we initially arrived. It wasn't a huge deal just annoying to smell going past it.

The Best Western plus is really a plus. My family went for a concert and stayed here because the location is only minutes from Gas South Arena. With lots of food choices near by to. The room is excellent. Very clean, smells great and is up to date. Even had a kerug coffee maker and extra dark room darkening system blinds for a great night sleep. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was outstanding. Even had omelets one morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Agreed to change my room after the first one has a terrible odour coming from the carpets. Also agreed to store my luggage when I checked out until I needed to leave for the airport Location - it's very close to the Southwest convention centre which was what I needed

My room was not cleaned unless I asked and even then it was sometimes left uncleaned so you have to ask repeatedly. I put the sign on the door daily but it was just ignored. During one of the days, the water had to be turned off for practically the whole day in the hotel due to a leak. The staff didn't keep us properly updated with the situation. After the water was eventually turned on very late at night, my toilet was blocked and I had to chase repeatedly to get it sorted.

Great location for Gwinnet, good for downtown Atlanta only if you are driving Room and bed were comfortable, has a fridge and microwave, there's a 24 hour Mc Donald's next to the property. The breakfast was OK: simple enough, filling enough-it has bagels, breads, oatmeal, bran cereal, cornflakes, eggs two ways-boiled and scrambled, fruit, coffee OVERALL, A GOOD STAY

The cleaning staff is so friendly and nice! We had room 316! Also the front desk is very nice. The hotel is very clean and smells very good! Having coffee, hot water and cocoa is such a nice additive to the hotel! We loved it! The breakfast was delicious! the rooms are updated. the mirror in the bathroom was modern and the light fixtures. no bugs, no smells. It was a great stay!!

When we checked in, we were given the wrong key so we ended up going into someone else's room. That was awkward and dangerous. I am an honest person but what if someone had access to our room and stole our things? I put myself in other peoples shoes. Super unsecure. The lady that clean and puts out the breakfast items- I appreciate her but she could smile a little more and not act like the guest are going to eat her. Also, would appreciate a "LAST CALL" before she just shuts the door and runs away. I also didn't like the pancake maker. the pancake was half raw and half burnt and it rolled it out into a longggggg pancake. the old way is better.

Location Cleanliness Nice staff

The bathtub did not have a stopper to stop up the bathtub. I had to stuff a washcloth to stop the tub in order to take a bath. I changed my room from a king to a queen just so I could take a bath and not just a shower because I had an injury and needed to be able to soak my body.

EVERYTHING! From the moment we arrived the first impression was WOW, the lobby smelled clean, the floors were spotless, the front desk girl Brianna was exceptionally professional, accommodating and went over and above to assist us. Brianna didn’t have a information that we’d asked about a place we’d asked, so she made it a pint to find out for us and called the room to let us know the answer. I thought she’d forgotten, but that wasn’t the case. The hotel manager was there one evening because another employee was out, he greeted us in a friendly manner and asked if all was well or if we needed anything. As far as the overall facility, clean, the room was spotless, nothing broken, no musty smell at all! The room had a coffeemaker in it but there was also fresh coffee, hot water and with sufficient ingredients (cream/sugar) in the lobby at all times 24/7. The breakfast was a small buffet type with hot food and although didn’t have a ton of things to choose from, had proteins, carbs, juices, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and fruit. The food was always fresh and the lady managing the buffet made sure it was clean and well kept at all time. Our bed sheets were clean and didn’t have the usual industrial detergent smell that I’ve encounter I. other hotel stays. The area felt very safe, close to highway, plenty of places to have dinner close by.

The beds were quite stiff, one more than the other. The one that was stiffer was very hard to sleep on and gave my aunt severe hip pain. We switched at the 3rd night and then I had trouble walking straight from the pain.

Had very clean welcoming rooms. The lightning was very good, especially in the bathroom. I enjoyed my stay. I got this for the concert, which was only like 2 miles away. So it made it very convenient.

Everything was fine, but I just saw some ants in the bathroom and the hallway. It's not that disappointing. I just would like to let you know. I enjoyed my stay anyway.

I was attending a convention at the convention center and the hotel was about 1/2 mile from there which made my movements easy. The room, staff & facility was a (5) star rate hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling in your area.

Nothing that I can see!!!

The property is very nice, remodeling and the rooms are spacious. They will clean the room every 3 days. The shower was remodeled and there were some obvious places that had been retouched. The bed was big and comfy. The gym was good with a fair range of equipment. The staff are very nice and friendly.

The noise from neighbors. Also, you could hear water running pretty loudly sometimes.
