I had a fantastic stay and can't recommend it enough. The level of customer service was exceptional. Ms. Gregory and Tanya went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a good one. They made me feel valued as a guest.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Georgia. It felt like home away from home!

One of the most comfortable hotels that I ever lived in clean beds with soft tissue bathrooms are clean the breakfast is excellent just everything was good about the experience I definitely would recommend and I definitely will book there again if I need to

Service culture was excellent. Staff were always attentive and engaging. I loved the breakfast options as it was great value for money.

The beddings need refreshing as it looked tired and worn out. My room also didn't have a refrigerator. I will recommend that the hotel reconsiders this.

The hot breakfast was very delicious. After we got our room and it wasn't cleaned we asked for the manager to look at it. He clean the bathroom and gave us clean linens for our bed because makeup was on the bedding. He also follow-up the next day.

The breakfast was good. Whoever made the grits this past Monday did a great job! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

I wasn't aware that housekeeping had to be requested. The pool was quite small.

Excellent hotel. From check in to check out, it was Excellent and the staff did everything to make sure we were comfortable. We received a bottle of water upon check in and check out. This was a super touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shopping center was within walking distance and it was a beautiful day so we enjoyed the walk. The breakfast was delicious and well maintained. The staff is efficient, courteous and hardworking. They went out of their way to make us happy. We will definitely be back. Enjoyed our stay.

People running up and down the halls all night. On the 3rd floor and someone had a dog in their room constantly barking in the early morning
