The property was convenient to the Interstate for a one-night stay before traveling on to an expensive, resort-based meeting located a few exits away. Complimentary breakfast offered good choices, the parking lot felt safe as a female arriving alone after dark, and there was plenty of hot water.

The shower head was mounted quite high with very forceful pressure that was difficult to adjust, and with no hand held option or shower cap, I assume it was designed with a tall male in mind! While clean, the actual room was showing a bit of age around baseboards, etc, but nothing that caused concern.

Outstanding service by the staff. Every member of the hotel staff we interacted with were extremely polite, friendly, courteous, and professional. We were able to check-in early, which was refreshing. Anything we needed, any questions we had were gladly addressed without hesitation. My wife and I both felt like we were staying with family. Absolutely wonderful stay, and one which we will certainly return to in the future.

Everything was great. The staff was awesome . It was clean, easy to get to and comfortable. I felt very safe since I was traveling alone. They had some beautiful crape myrtles.

The only complaint was there was no fresh fruit at the breakfast bar and the hotel shook when their washer was in spin cycle.

I didn't eat breakfast. The location was a few miles from the church where my seminar was held. I also liked being right across from the fitness center. I used it both days.

There was a slight odor. Plus after the first day the toilet stopped flowing properly. I had to get a plunger to clear it. Also the shower did not drain properly.

Clean facilities. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The shower door didn't close all the way, and it spilled out into the bathroom. The air conditioning unit didn't indicate the temperature as the number screen was broken.

They offered breakfast

I didn’t realize my room was a handicap room. It felt very old and smelled the AC was extremely noisy, but it needed to be on so the musty smell wouldn’t be in the room. The TV screen was small for the distance from the bed to the TV.

Staff was very attentive,polite,had some unusual requests by this particular Fairfield Inn. Delivered negative message with a smile. Hang a parking permit on the window. Make you sign waiver that any decision company made concerning adding extra charge... you had to pay with no recourse. Kinda hostile to your customers.. Threatening punishment prior to expectation that your customer wouldn't comply. It's not grade school!

Hostile Policies of the local management at this fairfield Inn... treating 100% of their customers as if they wouldn't adhere to the published rules. Pitiful... but looks like the way our society is heading. As a whole management doesn't want to deal with those that are the exception. They want to cost dollar average by blanketing the entire customer base.

The beds was amazingly comfortable. The night staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful.

They don't have syrp for the waffles . Nor do they have French vanilla cream for coffee. But it was still a nice breakfast.

The breakfast had a nice variety. Everything was fresh. The staff hands down is the BEST staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. This is my 5th year staying here. It's close to my family. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The room was comfortable. The toilet did overflow once but the staff was efficient. Breakfast is included and a nice spread! Did not have a microwave in the room but had a refrigerator. I would stay there again
