Location is great, But the biggest takeaway is the staff , they are amazing they made everything comfortable if there was anything that was needed they were willing to help. Trish is amazing and I wish I remembered everyone's name at the front desk but they were amazing as well.

Not going to complain, have to realize that in life everyone is just trying to do their best and survive. Everyone please be kind to others and grateful. You never know what anyone else is going through.

A room was reserved online, including fees the confirmation was received confirming the amount $60.21..Upon arrival at the hotel the front desk person was handed $80, the front desk person then said the amount the room was $72 , the front desk person was handed another $20, totalling $100 in all. The customer received $5 back in change and didn't realize the error at the time, because she was tired, Monday evening January 15, 2024. It was brought to the attention of the hotel yesterday, Wednesday January 17, 2024.The same staff person. Ms . Nimeasha told the customer to contact the third party booking service for the $23 refund. 470-860-4697. Thank you . Deborah

Very nice and quiet, don’t have no problem with the guess I would recommend family and friends to get together and have some fun together I’ll let them know the ppl at the front desk are super nice

I like everything about the place I didn’t have no bad experience in this location at all so it’s wasn’t really nothing bad about it they make sure that everything is clean and they ask you do you need your room clean

The bed was excellent, everything you needed was in its place, everything worked well, which makes you comfortable, good parking, clean and organized facilities.

It is true that it is a two-star hotel with an affordable price, but there are minor details that could be detrimental to a guest's return. The bathrooms are lacking maintenance, especially in the showers and bathtubs, which are in terrible condition.

The bed was comfortable.

There were no pots, pans, utensils etc for the kitchenette. We book hotels with small kitchens because of dietary restrictions but I've never had to bring my own items for that. There was a bug in the bathtub this morning, I couldn't really see what kind it was.

There was a problem with the heat & I notified the office. Within a hour, Robert, replaced the whole unit & did an outstanding & professional job & immediately the heat was blowing perfect. I’ve never seen a maintenance problem handled so quickly 👍👍.

Location is good, very convenient

The parking was a bit tight but totally fine. Reception wasn't present at all time and need to wait for long to get help. Laundry service wasn't provide currency change and vending machine was stuck, have to paid twice for item.

I really have enjoyed my stays here the staff are amazing especially Ms. Nimisha Patel at the front desk. The property is in an excellent locations, the rooms met my needs.

There is nothing I can say that I didn’t like, the property met my needs.

Excellent price. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly spacious. Seemed like a good location. Definitely somewhere I intend to stay next time I'm in the area.

Minor complaints. Nothing that would keep me from staying again. Too few pillows. Silly to charge for toilet paper and basic toiletries. Overall still a great place to stay.
