The rooms are beautiful.

The bathtub was not clean and it had pee running down the bottom of the toilet and the kitchen floor had not been swept even after I spoke with the front desk I soon she told the housekeeping lady to come and clean it and the shower curtain she did change the shower curtain but she didn't clean the bottom of the toilet or clean the tub out but everything else was great. They are the best efficiency apartments here in the area to me. And they didn't wipe down the countertop and the sink area it is a virus still going around so I am very skeptical about disinfecting certain areas like the countertops and the table chairs but all the same I really like the room.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing experience here. The hotel and location were incredibly quiet. You couldn’t even tell you were in a hotel. It felt like a home away from home. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our suite included not just two bedrooms, but also two full bathrooms, which made things so much easier for our family. Everything was clean, cozy, and convenient. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future!

Absolutely nothing! Everything exceeded our expectations and made for a perfect stay.

Working in alto, the location was perfect and in the middle of a ton of stores and good restaurants so I didn't have to travel far to eat after a long day at work. The hotel is off the main road so it's also quiet. The staff was so warm and welcoming.

The only thing I didn't like was it being pet friendly but that's because I don't like animals. But the ones I saw followed the mandatory leash policy

Location was great for the venue we were attending. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property and rooms were clean.

I didn't like that on top of the price of my stay we had to pay extra everyday for parking in the hotels lot

I liked the location, I love the room, the property was very quiet, the bed was really soft, I love the refrigerator, love the stove top it cooks very well and kitchen was fully stocked.

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good also. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn't want to leave such a wonderful room! The air conditioner was too cold and when you turned it off it was too hot.

I needed a cart to help unload my luggage and supplies. I did not see one available, so I had to make several trips to my car.

I found the price of the room more that acceptable for the size, room amenities and breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and loved having access to fast wifi and free showtime AND hbo! also i loved the living/kitchen area it was very spacious.

Everything was great. I truly had no negatives. Not being able to get towels daily.

The breakfast was ok, i liked the variety and i love waffles but i wasn't a fan of these waffles, they tasted bland.

When i extended my stay, my room wasn't cleaned/refreshed until the 3rd day even though they said someone would clean it on the 2nd day. I had to keep calling to make sure it got done.
