Friendly staff, ease of checking in/out, plenty of parking, room lighting, room rate, hotel location, and cleanliness of the room. There was a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor, which was a plus. The hotel lobby and room were spacious.

The bathroom's central exhaust vent/system wasn't working. The toilet paper was the thinnest we have ever seen in a Hampton Inn. The room refrigerator either wasn't working or wasn't plugged in, but the cord & plug were not accessible to determine which. We didn't discover this until late in the evening, but we were only able to stay the one night. The lobby temperature was normal/very comfortable. However, on our way to our room, we noticed the elevator and 2nd floor hallway were not air conditioned or it wasn't functional. Later that evening, we noticed there was air circulating, but still very warm.

The property was around a lot of food places, the staff was super nice, and the breakfast was great as well. They had a nice little gym in there and well lit up parking lot. The place and staff overall wasn’t bad and will be outstanding with a few cosmetic upgrades.

The elevator was broken (one of them), the rooms were okay for the price. They looked like they were trying to upgrade some things in the rooms that was outdated. Everything worked in the rooms but just had cosmetic damages where you can see they tried to plaster it up. Overall, the place wasn’t bad at all and we slept comfortably in the rooms (just super outdated).

The size of the room. Made me feel like I had a small apartment. Great for the price of the room. The location. Not too far from Atlanta. Close proximity to several other towns for shopping and fun.

Housekeeping will only clean the room every other day. I was only there 2 nights. After 24 hours, trash and towels were piling up. I had to ask for more towels and tissue. The sliding door to the patio would not close completely or lock. The plugs beside the bed are useless because your charges fall out when plugged up. The carpet and the sofa was stained.

The location was perfect for us. The breakfast served gave us enough options to carry us into the day. The waffles were our favorite part of the breakfast. I really enjoyed the lemon waffles and could have loved to have those verses two days of cinnamon waffles. Hospitality team including housekeeping were pleasant. It was quiet never heard any noise outside our room or next door.

The building is seasoned and could use some updates. Its still functional just needs some form of clean up. The hot water was never hot enough to make tea. The pot also had a coffee flavor to it. For those of us who don't drink coffee or like it, it would be great to have hot water for our tea taste just like the cup of tea minus the coffee.

Rooms were very clean, towels were stocked, AC worked just fine. Everything was in order upon arrival. I brought my young daughter and felt she was safe within the hotel and grounds. Breakfast was hot, well stocked, and had good options for my picky eater. Concierge was very kind and helpful. Took my daughter to the pool and it was very clean, saw grounds keeper cleaning/skimming it every day we were there before it opened.

Bathroom appliances were clean, but the shower head was leaky and had a detachable head which would not stay in place/kept sliding down the fixed bar which meant water would only spray directly down at about chest level. Not a huge deal, but notable.

Check in was really smooth day of arrival. I was staying here for a concert and this property’s location to the Gas South Arena was very good. Also very close to different restaurants and other things we wanted to do while in town. Water pressure in the shower was OUTSTANDING and I’d stay here again for the water pressure alone to be honest. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable. Slept like a baby. The free breakfast in the morning was very good as well. I enjoyed my stay at this property very much.

The room was very clean, lovely thick towels, and a quiet location. We were there for 2 mornings and the breakfast was good both days. It was nice that there was some variety between days.

I felt like the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were awkwardly located under the shower head. A mounting on a rear wall would be easier to reach while the shower is on. However, my husband said it didn't bother him, so maybe just a short person issue.

It was comfortable the beds and the room was fine, could use more cleaning. Close to where we were heading to.

Ice machine was not working on our floor and at least 3 other floors. Coffee machine was extremely dirty and I could not use it. One of the elevators was out of service, and the one working the service expired 1. march 2025 which is the day we left. Other than that, it was fine and I think we would considered staying again, maybe.

The location and the configuration of our suite/rooms and that you had charging outlets in the room.

There was only two pieces of Cutlery, the refrigerator was dysfunctional with missing shelves. The furniture is outdated. There were no shelves/racks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. We requested extra sheeys/pillow which we never received.The breakfast was magical and service there was poor. We'll not plan to stay here again.

The peacefulness, the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff was also friendly and always available for help

My room was positioned right where an outside facility light pole was located. So light was always shining bright in room. Perhaps some darker curtains would definitely resolve that issue.
