•Location is great with a lot of restaurants (we were mainly going for Korean and Boba) and places for family activities •Very clean •Indoor pool was open, and kids enjoyed it. (Pool is not heated, so it can be chilly at first) •Staff is very friendly •Breakfast is great with freshly made waffles, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cut fruits, sausage, egg white with tomato and freta(prepackaged), oatmeal, cereal, yogurt cups, and various muffins and bagels. Also has coffee with the orange and apple juice machine •Water heated up quickly for a shower/bath with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bottles mounted on the wall

•Bed spring was a little flat on the side when sitting down on one bed. Laying down in the middle was fine, though. •Carpet to the room was ripped up and caused a tripping hazard if not paying attention.

The hotel is located 35-40 minutes from ATL Airport during off-peak hours and without traffic. The staff were professional and friendly, and they provided a warm welcome upon check-in. Nearby, there are several decent restaurants just a few feet from the hotel. The morning breakfast was just ok, no variety, but it was well-cooked and covered an ok breakfast The rooms were clean, with fresh bedsheets and a variety of TV options, including Netflix, live channels, Max, and YouTube. The hotel has clearly invested in noise-proofing, as we didn’t experience any disturbing noise from neighboring rooms or above. The snack bar at the reception was reasonably priced, so grateful that they are not inflated costs like you will find in other hotels. Overall, we had a great stay and felt safe throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The bathroom could use some improvement. It wasn’t as clean as it could be, with minor broken tiles and small droplets appearing to come from the bathroom vent. An update and better maintenance would enhance both its appearance and cleanliness.

It was very clean and was above my expectations. The staff was very friendly. I desperately needed to get in my room earlier than check in time and they graciously accommodated me. Overall it was a great experience. Two things that were bothersome, upon check in I told them I wanted to pay cash. The clerk told me that would be fine but they needed a credit card on file. That didn't happen. They charged my card. There were incredibly loud fans running so that could have contributed to the miscommunication. Lastly, the tub didn't drain well at all. I took a shower with ankle deep water. That didn't bother me, however. Breakfast was the same at most places. Nothing spectacular but we had a full stomach when we left.

What makes this hotel exceptional is the extremely kind and generous staff. When I came to check in, the people who preciously had the room I booked were going into a late check out, so it wasn't going to be ready for quite some time. They not only upgraded my room, but they also discounted the rate for the trouble. At every point that we saw staff, they were helpful and kind, and I can't say enough good things about them. I will definitely be looking to stay here again of possible for future travel.

Some of the more standard things you tend to find on hotel floors aren't a part of this hotel. For instance, if you need water, there isn't a water bottle filling station on your floor, you need to go down into the lobby where they keep large water carafes. Things that are not a big deal in any way but that I was surprised to see.

It was really nice and clean.

Overall our stay was exceptional. The only issue we had was the lady that checked us out on 2/11/2024. She was extremely rude. She ignored my family and I. She carried on a conversation with another employee as if we did not exist. When she finally came to assist me with checkout, she did not greet me, ask me how was my stay, or anything of the sorts. She seemed to be annoyed by me asking her to verify the email I had on file. I wish I knew her name to add but she was not wearing a name tag. She put “LOL” as the clerk. I really hope she is properly trained on how to treat PAYING guests because she is CLUELESS and RUDE!!!

Liked the location; there were restaurants within walking distance. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Bed sizes are confusing with the room descriptions. For example, a King Suite does not have a king size bed, it has an "extra-large double bed". The Queen Suite has a "large double bed". I booked a king suite thinking we would have a king bed and the bed was much smaller than expected.

Dascia, front desk staff, was wonderful. Friendly, full of life and full of info. Very personable. Room well appointed. Carpet needs a little updating. Great water pressure in shower. Bed comfortable. Lots of conveniently located USB ports and outlets. Nearby Georgia Diner serves good food, reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

No hooks or racks to hang towels. Breakfast ok, needs a little more variety and offerings.

The property had a convenient location, comfy room, and mostly friendly staff.

The breakfast was a little chaotic and not the best. The some of the staff responsible for maintaining breakfast were rude when asked about certain things. However, I understand that guests can be impatient or rude as well so they weren’t completely at fault, but they are in control of how they respond.

My floor was quiet and clean

Parking for guest I'd horrible.... it should be spots destinated.... for hotel guests you have to ride around and park down in front of the restaurants until hours later to get a parking spot at your hotel... The trash in our room wasn't taken out as ask nor was the fresh towels put in there even if we put the soiled ones by the door..... if housekeeping can't pull trash if the room is occupied then it should be a larger trash can on each floor in a designated area for guest to throw away....

I love the location, complimentary breakfast, the cleanliness and the customer service.

There was a bug in my room. They sent someone right away to take care of it, but it wasn't found. That was the only time of all my stays this happened. I came back the following week. I will also be back in about a week, so that really wasn't a big deal. This was the only issue I've ever had in all my stays.
