Pros: • Room appeared clean at first glance • On-site restaurant had reasonable prices • Food and drinks were really good • Wooded location and balcony added a nice touch • Theater and bowling alley available (with private bookings)

Cons: • Floors left my baby’s feet and husband’s socks dirty • Hair found in the shower and sink • Mold on the shower’s soap dispenser • Yellowish stains on the comforter (which we didn’t use) • Water bug spotted (likely due to location) • No microwave in the room; vending area one wasn’t ideal • Tight parking deck • Pool wasn’t easy to locate • Theater and bowling required private booking • $120 deposit required at check-in P.S I Did not report issues to the front desk, but wanted to mention for transparency

we just happened to stay mostly in the room because of work but eventually we came out and worked in the lobby as well. They have made the lobby as a relaxed place to work with charging ports, nice instrumental music, full of natural lights, and coffee around the corner. about food, breads were soft and nice for breakfast, but the drinks and dinner were simply the best. very fresh, simple and light also very delicious. The bar was so lively and all the servers were so polite and friendly. particularly ms.zee, she was amazing and just gave me a drink which I liked even though I was clueless what to choose. her hospitality was very nice. in room service were also very fast and nice. definitely we will come back, just to relax and have some good drinks and food.

we didn't experience anything we didn't like. so all good.

After a bad experience at our first booking at a different hotel, we happened upon this hidden gem! The front desk clerk, Lee, was very accommodating even giving me a tour of the hotel along with a view of a room before booking to make sure I was comfortable with staying there. The room was clean, the bedding was clean, the carpet was clean and the bathroom was clean! Beds and pillows were comfortable. The facilities were nice although we didn’t use the pool nor the gym but we did get a tour of both. All the staff we encountered during our stay were super nice and helpful. Elevators were fast and odorless. We didn’t eat breakfast nor go to the restaurant at the location but heard other guests say both were good. Location of the hotel was in a nice area with safe parking.

I loved staying here and would book again! The ONLY complaint if I just had to name one would be that one of the beds would make a loud noise when moving around in it or getting out of it which would disturb the other guests if they aren’t heavy sleepers.

This place was just right for the price. Very nice stay. The rooms are comfortable and sleek. Indoor pool was nice to be able to swim early in the am in the spring. Didnt get to try the restaurant but got coffee at the little coffee shop every morning and enjoyed the beautiful surround nature in the lobby. I'm not a huge fan of Atlanta cause I like a slower pace and the city can be overstimulating, but to escape that to come back to this beautiful secluded in nature was just what I needed after spending hours uptown with my kids seeing attractions. Was about 20ish minutes away from everything including the aquarium depending on the time of day. Close by CVS and target was like 5 mins away and host of fast food spots within 10 minutes. Hotel parking was a breeze and check in check out was smooth through booking.com

The manager Lee was awesome and had an amazing vibe he even gave us a complementary breakfast when we had some issues with my reservation, and The Club Room restaurant Kylie is always a pleasure too, each time I've ordered the Alfredo shrimp pasta they never put my peppers and green onion in my dish(it's in the menu) I told Kylie and he made sure I got them this time and it made the dish so much more flavorful. It's March Madness(basketball) our TV wouldn't come on one call to the front desk and they sent an engineer up to fix it,I love it here..

That I couldn't stay longer, and I was there due to my brother in law in Emory Hospital

The hotel and room were beautifully designed and felt very high-end. Loved the shower. I felt safe walking around outside of this hotel because of it's location.

The property is big and I did not like how far I had to walk from the lobby to get to my room. If there were a shorter way, I was not told that shorter way and it would have been helpful to have a map of the property to get my bearings on where my room was, where elevators were located, where parking was. Other than than I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is beautiful, the room was perfect for two, the staff was so friendly, the indoor pool was very nice, and the cocktail lounge had some delicious drinks.

My only complaint was that based on the property’s photos, I was under the impression that the bowling alley was available to guests, but it has to be rented separately for events because it’s considered one of the property’s venues.

rooms, comfortable beds/pillows, clean, hotel grounds were pretty, breakfast buffet selection was excellent and price was reasonable (come with an empty stomach)

Front desk staff were professional, but not polite...if that makes sense. I understand you don't have to always be smiling, but no hi or how are you...we were met with straight faces and no acknowledgement. Staff working the dining area were kind and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, very quiet. Food was great. Love the indoor pool.

My only complaint is the timing of the elevators. They kept closing on us as we were getting in. At one point my 5 year old was inside alone and I couldn’t get the door open. She was stuck by herself for a few minutes until the door opened again. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed, but this should be reviewed.

Staff went above and beyond for my family. This was the best experience I've ever had in a hotel

Mariah from security spent a lot of time with my kids. Checked on them. Made sure they were okay. Even brought them a toy. She left such an impression on my kids that my daughter went out and got her flowers and a cup before we checked out
