Location was very good for our needs. There was fresh coffee each day and a small selection of breakfast foods. The staff kept the breakfast area very tidy and clean. The reviews for this place were not glowing, but we took a chance. It was great value for the location and amenities were good.

We had room #118 which is located near the lobby. On one side of the room was a staff room and across the hall was housekeeping, ice machine, and vending machines. We didn’t mind as the noise doesn’t bother us but just a warning to anyone sensitive to sounds.

Hotel is clean. Housekeeping comes everyday makes the bed and gives new towels. I love the complimentary lemon lime water. Soo good

Night shift staff was rude. It was a man working he wasn’t friendly and didn’t articulate what he wanted he just started at you. But it was tolerable. The hotel rooms are a little small but hence the name microtel haha. I have stayed in microtels in the past that were a little bigger but we booked last minute and it got us through.

This is an older hotel in a very convenient location. The room was nice. The day bed in the window is a nice touch. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The pricing was hard to beat for the area. I didn't have breakfast but there was an area for it that seemed clean and at least had many beverage options. I would stay here again.

The water pressure in the shower is very weak, a common problem with hotels. A coffee maker in the room would be nice although there are options in the breakfast area near the lobby. Minor issues.

The hotel was clean, and visually appealing, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly . Breakfast was light and didn't have any protein but they had a selection, of things to choose from.. They had cereal with milk, bagels, bread, cream cheese spreads, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal in packets., muffins, apples, apple and orange juices, tea and coffee.. Overall we are glad we picked this hotel for our overnight stay

Just the breakfast, I wish there was some protein, even something as simple as boiled eggs would have been helpful.

The breakfast was a joke. The price of the room should be lowered if that is all that is being offered for breakfast. There was no protein. All carbs and only 2 bagels put out per day. A bowl of oranges was the only fruit. Our last day the yogurt was completely out and we were told they weren't getting a truck with supplies till 2 days later. The whole reason I booked there and not another hotel offer was the free breakfast which turned out to be a moot point.

The room was large and clean, the A/C worked well. - The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with supplies. I asked for a blanket + was offered 1 immediately. -- I also had a nice view over trees and a brook. -- The elevator was in good order. -- As for breakfast, I eat gluten-free and no pork, but I used the hot water for my drink and got some fresh apples. --- The breakfast choices were ample, + the room in the lobby had enough seating spaces for people to eat and spend time together.

honestly everything was great. When I come back to Atlanta, I will return to this place.

Jessica at the front desk was exceptional. Though this was probably the smallest hotel room I’ve ever had, it was properly designed to fit all our needs and comfort. The bathroom was larger than expected and the bed was so fluffy and comfortable! There was even a mini frig, microwave, and rod for hanging our clothes. Perfect for our purposes. The breakfast was very limited and juice wasn’t available until after 7:00am. But I will note that the choices offered were all good quality. Good name brand muffins, yogurt, make-your-own-pancakes, and coffee with half and half or vanilla creamer. The only fresh fruit were apples. It was somewhat like our compact room: each item was thoughtfully chosen to provide minimalistic top quality choices. Overall, great.

The deposit for damages had to be paid by card and refunded on the day of departure, meaning you are at the mercy of your bank as to when you get the funds back. A better option would be to accept cash deposit if offered and refund upon departure after room inspection for damages.

I really liked how my room had a little bench next to the window so I could sit there and do remote work. The facilities were clean, and the breakfast was standard. It was right across from the 39 bus station, which I took to then catch MARTA to get to the airport and downtown.

I wish there was a waffle maker at breakfast! No other complaints. The walls were a tad thin but my neighbors were not loud so it was not a problem.

Good location, relative comfort, quiet sleep. Overall clean facilities and comfortable bed. I was across the hall from the elevator and it didn't bother me a bit. The staff was very accommodating with and early check-in.

Very small room. I mean literally, one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in, the bed itself was taking probably 60% of the footage. There was only space for a desk and passage around the bed, nothing else. You couldn't for a standard chair in the room. Breakfast was very, very basic.

Exactly what I needed! Had free upgrade so I had a small kitchenette with sink and microwave. Bed and pillows were comfy. Small parking lot but had no problems. I was in town for the Peachtree Road Race and it was convenient to everything including downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and others.
