Everything; I’m a Hyatt fan. The cherry on the top was that the Mall is in front of the hotel.

I’m international so we checked out around 3am to get to the airport and the front clerk told me the bill will be send afterwards by email due to the fact the concerning department need to process an extra charge for early checkout (checkout time is 11 am the latest) I said what? First time heard. I’m waiting for the bill to see what this charge is for my further steps 🤨

The climate control in the room was excellent; room was clean, modern and well designed. But what made me feel at home so to speak was by far the staff. The servers in the spaceman were professional and friendly especially on the bar side very friendly server - drinks were accurate and recognition of our arrival for orders was timely by the server. The server in the attic was prompt and friendly. Registration was great even the valet gentlemen were so helpful. I would defintely recommend this hotel 90% because of the staff and I will book agaun.

The bed was too soft I was not able to sleep well: the TV programming was limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

One of the best parts about the Hyatt is the staff. It is a comfortable hotel to stay in, a nice place, a great location, I have to say that everyone I came in contact with was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. You don’t always see that in today’s world. So I just wanna say a special thank you to everyone from front desk to valet to housekeeping. You made a difficult time in my life a lot easier.

I have no complaints.

1)The staff was A+. If anyone was having a bad day you never knew it! These employees had great hearts and attitudes. 100% friendly, helpful and truly kind people. 2)The MATTRESS wasn’t lumpy from (different people/heaviness)- we have been so uncomfortable lately at other hotels. This is a new problem occurring. We slept well. 3) Very clean and nice room. Bathroom was very nice too. Television and WiFi were great. 4) This hotel is a two lane walk across from Lenox Mall, right across from Bloomingdale’s! 5) There is a nice self park right beside the hotel. We really appreciated that part. Very convenient. 6)We never made it to the rooftop restaurant but the one on the first floor was great. Outdoor dining was available. 7) The gym and pool were terrific!

1) The images on the site show beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline …and there are… at the front and right side. Everything else looks down at the Interstate, Marta trains and a regular train track with all running trains and cars pretty much 24/7. There is a pedestrian crosswalk/ bike/ walking trail, over the interstate into a nice neighborhood so you do see people walking dogs etc. landscaping is nice. A little noisy though. We brought a fan so it did block the noise. They also have a noise machine in each room to block any loud noises. 2) The coffee maker will steal your peace in the morning. Too hard to deal with- didn’t really work, too small and compact… needs to be changed out asap. NOT a happy start to your day.

I had an exceptional experience at Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta. The bed linen was crisp white cotton and clean. I had what I’d describe as a linen fantasy. Everything was aesthetically pleasing and modern - impeccable hotel lobby, excellent layout, untarnished ambience, and I like that the hotel is situated in a perfect location. The entire hotel space was sleek but at the same time very welcoming. Definitely returning here pretty soon.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like.

When we selected the hotel, One of the selling points was the roof top bar/restaurant, however, we never got to use it as they had a private function. They are also open to walk ins, not making hotel guests a priority. We went to the main restaurant but were rushed to order and rushed through our meal as they close early. A huge disappointment.

Very nice upscale hotel. Food was very upscale and fancy.

Food options very limited and anyone can use the pool by paying for day pass. Also restaurant and roof top were always packed with people who were not guest. Reservations were needed for the rooftop for sure. Valet was overwhelmed most nights with party crowds.

The breakfast and the restaurant in general was terrific. I would go back there just because of the restaurant! If we didn't want to go out for a meal, the restaurant was open. The hotel was clean and very well located. The car valets were excellent. Getting a car was very fast --- the $40 per day price tag, however, was steep. The bedlinens were soft and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a lot of outlets for our various devices. All of the employees were incredibly nice and helpful.

The room was sparse - the chair and table were against a wall/window and hard to access, if not impossible. Very few amenities in the bathroom - i.e. no frills. The pillows could have been softer. But the room was clean and adequate.

The hotel felt very luxurious and I think the rate was fair for the location and comfort. Our individual rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Three Arches. Every staff member I interacted with, from the front desk or the restaurant, was incredibly friendly. We always received a hello or a welcome back as we came and went. Being right next to the mall made dining and shopping very easy! Our entire party really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay again.

I don't really have anything negative to say about the hotel itself. If you want to walk around the area, beware that there may not be sidewalks along various stretches of Lenox! You might have to walk through the mall to access some local areas (safely).

Omg, it is a stunning hotel upon entry and the rooms were nice and comfortable. Lovely view, beds and furniture were very nice and the hotel restaurant was amazing! I’ll never not recommend Skylah at the bar for her alcohol recommendations! This was an amazing experience

Only thing that I didn’t like (and I totally was unaware of) are the Marta trains running so close by. It’s not a big deal, as they provide ear plugs with the toiletry set up in the restroom.
