Room was lovely, comfortable great view and loved that it had a microwave in the room. Location was perfectly positioned just a short walk to Buckhead train station which meant we had good access to main attractions. We loved the happy hour and thought it was great way to relax and talk to people. Ruth’s Chris steakhouse was exceptional.

The food was limited and the way it was served was not great. If we are going to use disposable tableware it should be plates as eating bacon from bowl was difficult. If you are sitting downstairs at the table we should be able to use proper plates. Only getting access to tea at breakfast. Coffee machine in room was difficult to use a kettle would be so much easier.

Breakfast was good. I had an omelette with bacon on the side, yogurt, apple juice and coffee. I wish they had fresh fruit available or maybe smoothies as an option. I was definitely looking for doughnuts but didn’t see any.

I tried the orange juice and it was not good at all. I’m not really a picky person so I really don’t have anything bad to say about breakfast.

The staff was extremely professional, friendly, courteous, and attentive! We had pleasant interactions with everyone from the valet attendant; to the front desk personnel [Shanene and Christina were amazing in answering questions and offering suggestions, and making me feel like we were "old friends"]; to the bartender at the complementary Manager's Reception [Nazrul served the perfect non-alcoholic cocktail]; to ALL of the breakfast attendant's [whose names I did not get, as there were too many to remember, yet they served well]; to the room attendant [whom I did not get to see, but still they provided great service]! All areas worked together to make this an enjoyable and memorable trip!

I did not like the toilet paper. However, that is an issue with the supplier and appears to be an industry standard. Therefore, I did not see it as a reflection of the hotel nor a negative impact on my stay. I simply plan to travel with my own toilet paper from now on.😁

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious suite including the bathroom. Hot water and strong water pressure in the shower. I thought the price was very good for the location and value I received. No complaints at all.

Something that is outside of their control is the rush hour traffic on Peachtree Rd. But I think that is par for the course in Atlanta. I also didn’t like the traffic on Atlanta highways, but it’s a big city and should be expected.

I loved everything. The bedroom; bed, pillows, etc, were extremely comfortable and a restful night's sleep that's matchless. The only way to describe this hotel stay is luxurious, absolutely breathtakingly enjoyable. The staff were so warm, caring and professional, making my stay even more pleasant . Being a handicapped, elderly woman, I was helped and assisted by two outstanding employees, Whitney and Morgan. Thank you for both of their kindness and attentiveness to guest needs, and thank you Embassy Suites for your exemplification as "one of the best" in the hotel industry.

Maybe add Netflix. Overall, such a wonderful experience.

Everything about the hotel experience was amazing, but especially the STAFF!!! Everyone was so nice and treated me like they knew me. I wish I could remember everyone’s name. At check-in AND check-out there were two different women with braids. They had the warmest smiles and were so calming and friendly. We even got a nice goodie bag with water and snacks. Completely unexpected and much needed after a very long drive. At breakfast, the woman with the shorter haircut and beaded necklace made me feel right at home. What was really mind blowing was the breakfast menu that considered people who don’t eat pork. When I told the woman, she was really sweet and described the different food items to me. When I was headed back to my room from breakfast, I was juggling a couple things in my hands and one of the staff even called the elevator and pressed the button for me. Thank you very thoughtful. The entire experience was 5 Star. I will stay here anytime I go to Atlanta. Thank you to the hotel and staff. I can’t wait to see you all again.

This was my 3rd trip here with family..the hotel usually meets accommodation plus the location is close to a lot of places, malls, outlets and / or stores..staff is inviting. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you feel safe

Breakfast lines need more direction.....if you're getting a hot egg omelet plate, you might get confused by being in a waffle line... then the waffle lines block the condiments.. like plastic ware plates etc...I'm suggesting 3 lines..so a 5mins omelet might take you 15mins just because of the line

Location was ideal. Most staff was friendly, outgoing and very helpful. Hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast was great.

The pool was closed everytime we went to use it. Called the front desk and they said it would be opened in a couple of hours. It did not. When it did open it would be closed again shortly. Many unhappy people discussing this in the elevators. Parking garage is tight and some areas you have to lug your suitcases up the stairs to get to the elevator.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. Also, I had space for everything, and I like that feeling. The bed was comfortable.

I did not like the charge for parking. I felt it was overpriced. It is only about 10 dollars cheaper to do valet parking. Also, my key fob was broken during this process. I did not notice until I took it out of the little bag, I keep it in. To replace that is about $400.00. I felt the valets were incredibly nice and more than likely it just got dropped.

I was surprised at how clean the hotel was overall. My experiences over the years has always seen something off at older hotels but this one not at all. I am actually planning another trip to Atlanta this year and The Embassy Buckhead will be the place to stay for me.

The only thing that I would say is that I wish they had a more reasonably priced restaurant for families inside the hotel.
