The Location was everything! We were no more than 15 min from all activities without traffic. Staff were also nice and the room was very clean

Cleaning of the room could be more frequently than just each two days.

The bedroom is spacious and beds were comfortable

The breakfast was not that good. No much varieties to choose from.

The elevators were scary and dangerous!.. I stepped up and was trying to enter the elevator and within seconds it started closing and I tried to brace it with my arms and it slammed and squeezed in to my arms it hurt and was scary, and then my husband left they had breakfast for us and some teenagers were trying to get in the elevator to the same thing to them. It squeezed on her and hit her head and her body because she was so small and skinny, and so they had to bring maintenance ( according to the kids when we saw them later in the day ), but it was terrifying and traumatic, my husband said

From the lovely receptionist when we arrived late, to check out 5 days later, it was an all round fantastic family holiday stay. Great friendly staff all five days, whether at reception or at the super included breakfasts (including scrambled eggs and like 8, half very healthy, toppings, for the oatmeal) each morning that easily beat the $100 breakfast for our family of 5 at Waffle House the day before our stay. Immaculately clean room spacious family room with comfortable beds (exception being sofa bed, which was just the usual you get). Parking was easy but not free, but fine as I knew that in advance and the room, especially given the breakfasts, Location is great in itself, but without peak hour traffic or traffic jams it only took like 12 minutes to go to attractions downtown like Georgia Aquarium and the wonderful MLK experience. Family enjoyed the Botanical Gardens light display so recommend that if it's that time of year. Also highly recommended a day trip to the lovely little town of Dahlongia (all ages thoroughly enjoyed the Gold Museum and antique shops., but optional is stopping at the Outlet mall a few minutes south on the way home).

The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast in the morning was good, the view at night is nice I was on the top floor a few minutes from Lenox mall and its restaurant’s and stores all around it’s walking distance it was perfect.

I ask to the front desk the in AM when I left for a few hours to change my sheets and blankets with new towels and wash clothes, and when I returned they so I called back and then the housekeeper dropped them and told me to do it myself.

Good location in Buckhead. There are shops and restaurants in the walking distance. Also located walking distance from the red line metro station. Wi-fi works well all around the hotel. Free cofee cold drink service in the lobby everytime. Helpful frontdesk staff

Actually not really important issues. The breakfast is okay but it May be more variable in different days. There is an indoor pool but it can be only for little Kids.

Location was very good. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The staff wad extremely nice. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Keith Harris was a pleasure to meet. His warm and approachable demeanor made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was wonderful! There were so many items to choose from. The breakfast staff also were super friendly and spoke to everyone as they were restocking breakfast items. There was a gentleman waiting at the breakfast (unfortunately I didn't get his name), he greeted every guest with a beautiful smile and told us where the breakfast and beverage items were. He even came around to see if guests needed anything else. This hotel is fabulous.

I have no complaints. My stay was awesome.

Breakfast was standard for most hotels, the staff was amazing, and the hotel was very clean. The location is great walking distance to food and shopping!

The pool had so much chlorine you couldn’t sit inside while the kids swim. The suite is not separate like the picture shows it has a diving half wall. The sofa bed didn’t have linens but the front desk wasted know time delivering them to our room.
