The location was great, all of the staff was helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The gym was amazing!

The restaurant was good but would have liked other options added to the menu. Seemed limited. While the rooftop bar would have been great for drinks it isn't a full on restaurant because the menu is really limited. THIN WALLS! Two nights I slept horribly due to the neighbor sounding like a train with his snoring. The staff did bring earplugs but unfortunately did NOT work. We had been there two nights already so moving was not convenient. He should have been moved to his own floor of the hotel. Sounded like he was dying, and I am not trying to be mean. Facts. Offer free water to every guest.

The location was great and the ambiance was stunning. Very photo worthy. The lobby bar and restaurant were very aesthetically pleasing. There was a dj in the lobby that added to the overall vibes and the drink credit was much appreciated. The rooftop pool was very relaxing and i loved the room service

The wait time for vallet parking was extremely long. We were sitting in our car for about 25 minutes waiting to get our car vallet. The lines were very long when everyone was leaving or coming back at the same time. I think the system needs to be better

- The property is exceptionally well-designed - Great in room dining and restaurant/bar program

- The rooftop restaurant is too frequently leased out to private parties during the weekends (they probably should limit the frequency to small weddings and biz events etc as this clogs the parking and it’s just too much drama with noise, random ppl, etc)

Customer service and responsiveness, cleanliness and safety is key! And amenities and upkeep of the property.

The confusion with the fees when reserved with Booking.com. You can’t reference the breakdown again once it’s reserved. Valet unable to resolve and reissue a lost ticket. I showed ID and requested a new ticket and they just said they would “remember” when new shift staff started had the same issue instead of issuing a new ticket the first time I requested it.

The room design was brilliant with furniture and cleanliness Proximity to buck head village and the availability of the Land Rover helped Amazing staff and personnel

I believe the cost of car park is extreme and the introduction of destination fee is mischievous. The fees for destination is not acceptable and a put off. Staying at the hotel should afford either a free car park or discounted one.

I absolutely loved this hotel, however, the rooftop bar was closed for an event and the pool was closed due to weather! I did not get to enjoy what I went for!

Amenities were all closed! I wanted to have a drink at both the pool and rooftop and didn't get a chance to. I am going to try the Houston location next!

The property is stylish and clean. The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable. The shower had me stuck. It was great water pressure and nice and hot

The lobby bar was closed my entire stay so I had to go buy my adult beverage elsewhere because the mini bar is way overpriced.

The beautiful decor and esthetics; the cleanliness; everything still so new since it's opening. LOVED the full-size shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the super strong pressure shower! Thank you! Dirty Rascal for dinner was amazing - the food, the ambiance, the cocktails, and the bartender (Dione) was the best! We dined there several nights during our stay.

Noise from the room next door 2 nights in a row. We had to put a towel at the bottom of the adjoining door to muffle the sound and on the second night, we called to complain and it was taken care of in a timely manner by the hotel. I didn't like the fact they took the towels we hung up (waste of water, energy to wash a towel we used once); and that there were no shower caps ready in the room. (I know I can call down for it but out of convenience, it would have been nice to have it in the bathroom already. The latte made for us in the mornings on the days we were there was really poor. Not a full cup and more like a cappuccino. The pool bar closing at 5:30pm! So early!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

You must pay close attention when you’re driving up to the hotel or you’ll miss it. The driveway is kind of a tight fit because they are always busy.

We loved our 1 night stay! It was perfect for my husband, daughter, and me. The staff was so nice and helpful! The in hotel restaurant was perfect for an easy low fuss meal. A few hours at the pool were well spent! Hotel lobby crafted cocktails were amazing- highly recommended!

We only wish there was a bar at the pool or pool side service.
