Very clean, pleasant staff and excellent value for money. The room was large and well presented. Overall I was very happy there.

The hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment so that impacts some of the facilities - but it didn't bother me. The only real downside was the laundry - there is no washing machine and the laundry offered was incredibly expensive - $4 for one pair of socks?! A whole set of laundry would be a good $50 I think. I did my laundry in the sink!

the location was close to Lenox Mall and lots of other things to do. Easy in and out, with parking included. Small gym, but met our needs. Fresh water dispenser in lobby was convenient. Room had full kitchen and was spacious for two guests. The lighted wall mirror in the bathroom area was a great touch. Dog friendly, although we didn't bring ours.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. It would sometimes be ok, and then it was not so great.

I loved the room I had. I also like how this hotel gives you various options of different types of rooms you can pick from to give you a more home like stay. I really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in my room which was a huge plus.

With the hotel parking lot being ducked off it's very easy to bypass the hotel. I had to drive up really slow to make sure I didn't miss it. The elevator seems pretty raggedy.

The suite was large and spacious. Fit myself and my partner comfortably. The bed was so comfortable as well. It was very homey.

Advertised having smart tvs, but only offered Netflix and Tubi. They were very stingy with towels and toilet paper. We booked for 3 nights and were given attitude by the staff when we asked for more towels. The staff in general weren't very friendly. The website should've said the pool was closed before we booked. The ice made in our refrigerator had a very rancid taste. Ruined our drinks.

The room was very good and had just been remodelled. The location was quiet and near to everything we wanted to visit. The free parking was good.

On arrival we were asked to pay again. Even after producing receipts and our bank transfer we still waited 20 minutes whilst the member of staff "dug deeper". Made me feel uncomfortable. There was no milk in our room. When we asked for some we were given a carton which was 3 days out of date and told it would be ok. I think the staff need some serious customer service training if this is going to pass as a Hilton. The breakfast was passable obviously the building work has affected that as well. We were disappointed the pool was still not useable.

The people in the reception are an amazing, friendly bunch. My little boy loved them. Parking is free, and it's located to many restaurants and malls Rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept

Property is going thru renovation. Not fully functional. Many amenities are still not available to the public. Breakfast spread is limited and confined to a small area. No dining area is available as the property is still under renovation. Same menu every day. The shower water pressure is very low. Takes time to have a good shower.

I loved the amazing upgrades ! The queen suite I had was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast included and cooked everyday American style and Mexican style .

Honestly didn’t have any down falls about this stay !

TV was a little wonky. Lots of channels in giude that were not available. Suggest streaming instead of cable.

Good breakfast options and variety. Very clean, updated room.

Employee who checked us in was brisk and seemed quite unfriendly. When we would walk by the desk whoever was on duty was on their phone and they didn’t even look up to greet us. Auto fan in bathroom was loud.

It was clean and comfortable. Loved the amenities in the room.

I didn’t get house keeping services. I had to get my own towels from the house keeping cart in the hall. No one cleaned my room.
