Very clean, pleasant staff and excellent value for money. The room was large and well presented. Overall I was very happy there.

The hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment so that impacts some of the facilities - but it didn't bother me. The only real downside was the laundry - there is no washing machine and the laundry offered was incredibly expensive - $4 for one pair of socks?! A whole set of laundry would be a good $50 I think. I did my laundry in the sink!

The suite was large and spacious. Fit myself and my partner comfortably. The bed was so comfortable as well. It was very homey.

Advertised having smart tvs, but only offered Netflix and Tubi. They were very stingy with towels and toilet paper. We booked for 3 nights and were given attitude by the staff when we asked for more towels. The staff in general weren't very friendly. The website should've said the pool was closed before we booked. The ice made in our refrigerator had a very rancid taste. Ruined our drinks.

The room was very good and had just been remodelled. The location was quiet and near to everything we wanted to visit. The free parking was good.

On arrival we were asked to pay again. Even after producing receipts and our bank transfer we still waited 20 minutes whilst the member of staff "dug deeper". Made me feel uncomfortable. There was no milk in our room. When we asked for some we were given a carton which was 3 days out of date and told it would be ok. I think the staff need some serious customer service training if this is going to pass as a Hilton. The breakfast was passable obviously the building work has affected that as well. We were disappointed the pool was still not useable.

The people in the reception are an amazing, friendly bunch. My little boy loved them. Parking is free, and it's located to many restaurants and malls Rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept

Property is going thru renovation. Not fully functional. Many amenities are still not available to the public. Breakfast spread is limited and confined to a small area. No dining area is available as the property is still under renovation. Same menu every day. The shower water pressure is very low. Takes time to have a good shower.

It was clean and comfortable. Loved the amenities in the room.

I didn’t get house keeping services. I had to get my own towels from the house keeping cart in the hall. No one cleaned my room.

Good breakfast options and variety. Very clean, updated room.

Employee who checked us in was brisk and seemed quite unfriendly. When we would walk by the desk whoever was on duty was on their phone and they didn’t even look up to greet us. Auto fan in bathroom was loud.

Spacious rooms, updated facilities with a gym and a pool. Friendly staff and 15 mins walk to the marta station.

Floors could be cleaned better. When we checked in there was dust visible on our room floors.

Overall, we had a really great stay. We especially enjoyed the nice staff, secure free parking, exceptional breakfast and “social hour“ buffets, and for the purposes of our stay, it could not have been more perfectly situated. Convenience of restaurants & supermarkets within walking distance a big plus.

Unfortunately there was some remodeling and construction going on so not every area was accessible to enjoy. A lovely and relaxing courtyard is there, but currently inaccessible. Everything appeared clean, but some fabrics and finishes are outdated and worn and detract from the overall experience.

very clean, comfortable beds, nice size room and equipped with dishes and such, good breakfast selection the place was nice!

STAFF! the 3rd shift staff very sketchy we arrived late we was tired and wore out at 3am, couldn’t locate staff to check in couldn’t get them to answer the phone we had our kids with us, about 20 minutes later the desk clerk and the security guard came out of the bathroom together with a towel?! it was odd! we then got checked in and to our room but it wasn’t very professional and we would never stay there again due to that!

The staff and place was really nice! My husband and I was visiting for our valentines getaway! Will stay here again if we are around that area.

The only disappointment was the pool was closed for renovations
