The atmosphere, the room, everything was great

The lady at the reception tried to be professional but I think she is actually mean. She initially didn't want to honour the early check in request that was granted before our arrival indicating it is not guaranteed. While she kept us waiting for 2 hours plus, she could not allow us to use the washroom saying it was out of order. I felt she could have shown some empathy to their guest even if things were as she claimed they were with regards to the early check in and use of the washroom. Perhaps, some more training will help her

Our request for a king bed put us in a larger room than we were expecting which was a pleasant surprise. The fridge was not working, and when I notified the front desk, Angela quickly let me know they would set us up in another room since it was later in the evening. Within 5 minutes, we were met with another set of keys and in the room. There were a couple other glitches, but within minutes, they were taken care of and not once did the staff make me feel like I was intruding and being a bother. Angela was professional. polite, caring and followed thru with what she said she would do. The hotel sits on a quiet shaded street which was a welcome change from the interstate traffic that brought us to our destination. There is a $40 parking charge, but if you do not choose to valet, then the fee is $25 at another garage close by, but each time you enter and exit, you are expected to pay that fee. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were well insulated and very clean and up to the standards you would expect from a Hilton chain. You will not be disappointed.

The things that could have been better were quickly resolved, and I could not compliment the staff and the service they provided enough to make sure our short stay was an enjoyable one.

I appreciated the frontdesk " Houston" great customer service and she also accommodated our party of 17 to have rooms on the same floor. That made it easier for us when heading out to dinner and our adventures. As we were celebrating a few Birtdays in ATL coming from Houston.

The chef was rude @ breafast got there 5mins before breakast was over and asked if we could get some fruits before he took it away. He said we should have came down earlier.

The property was in the perfect location! The he’s were comfortable and the room was spacious.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better but that’s okay bc the body wash smelt amazing! The only complaint we have is that we went downstairs to the bar to grab a quick appetizer and drink before we went out and we were never greeted by the bartender. She never once said, “I’ll be right with you” or “good afternoon, I’ll be right there”. Nothing. My husband had to ask for something. We left bc the service was so crappy.

We love the location and enjoy the staff. We have always had a positive experience staying here. Right down the hall from us was an event. We were worried it would be an all-night thing. But they were done and quiet when we returned from our concert. The hotel itself is beautiful. I love the cute little area it's in. The hotel bar is nice to. I highly recommend visiting here.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff amazing. Not their fault, but only 1 elevator was working, and the hotel was packed. Waiting for the elevator was a nightmare. When we first arrived, it took almost 20 minutes to catch the elevator to our room. Honestly, it's not the staff fault. Hopefully, it is fixed and up and running soon.

The room was quiet and facillitated my work except briefly each evening when some guests return. The African-American young lady that worked a few mornings was excellent. Soory I didn't get to see her the day I was leaving. Housekeeping staff were pleasant too.

Lack of water in the fridge (not even a bottle for the first night!) There appears to be a lack of communiation between shifts among front desks workers. Like absolitely no hamdover.

Buckhead is shockingly expensive, and this was a deal. Great location next to where I had to be. Friendly and efficient staff. Room was fine.

Nothing really wrong, just meh. Ready for a makeover. Tub tap has clearly been dripping for a long time, wet and stained. Rear view out over lower roof to parking garage wasn't much to look at. I parked in that garage for a mere $24, easy enough, but I wish I had seen clearer directions online of where to go (to avoid higher valet fee).

Wonderful staff that genuinely cared about you. The staff was exceptional: Brandon, James, Nathan, CJ, Karan, Richard, Yvonne, David, the other short maintenance man; they were all so kind, caring, professional, and made guests feel safe and secure. Free coffee was good, but that morning breakfast is outstanding, absolutely delicious. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere was a delight. The valet crew was so nice.

I stayed two separate times, two separate rooms, and the new coffee machine was temperamental with me, I couldn't get it to work consistently. But, the older coffee maker, in a different room, worked excellent. Wish my second room had a clock in it, but I got by.

Kind & helpful staff during check-in & check-out. Bed is comfortabel and the room is big enough for a stay of a couple of days. Hygiene was good, no complaints. The Marta metrostation is around the corner. For this price I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The shower kept leaking & the toilet was running 24/7. Didn’t have a problem with the noise, but if you’re a really light sleeper it could be annoying. Think this was a room specific issue. A breakfast charge was incorrectly added to the bill, but this was quickly corrected during check-out.

Location was great. Close to shopping, food of all types, banks ect

I was unable to check in when I arrived in town because I arrived extremely early in the morning. I called twice before I left for the airport and twice when I landed in the state and was told I could check in as long as there was a room available, even if it was not my original booked room. My daughter and I ended up sleeping in our rent a car for several hours until we were able to return to the property and checking in.  other than that the staff was amazing and I was taken care of by everyone. Many of the staff were apathetic and appalled at my experience at the early morning non check-in.
