Clean rooms and bathrooms, cozy bed with a warm and heavy down comforter. Nice staff and good location. Also good security features even once you're in your room

New guests have no idea that you need a room key to park in the garage. You can't get into the underground garage without a room key and there should be a sign letting you know that. Also wasn't impressed with shower head but overall would stay here again and again.

The room was manageable, hopefully a traveler can relate. It wasn't really nice, but it's somewhat new, it hasn't been truly broken in by the employees and there hasn't been 1000 reviews, meaning less traffic, so it was manageable.

The walls are thin. There is a $300 deposit, keep that in mind if you have social plans. Parking is $25 a day. The parking fee alone makes you want to drive in and out the parking deck just for the hell of it. I returned my rental for later. Budgeting is a priority. Going home with something, so I shouldn't complain. A temporary savings account is how I had to look at it. I will sight-see and socialize on a later trip.

Everything was clean, breakfast was hot and with a lot of variety, front desk employees were friendly, professional and even that we didn’t use the valet parking, the employee doing that was amazing, happy and very helpful, I wish I could have his name! They even surprised me with the guest of the day sign the next day ❤️ That put and extra smile on my face! Thank you! Highly recommend

The person on charge of the breakfast wasn’t very friendly, I know she was speaking another language, but even with the people who were speaking Spanish to her , she was kind of rude, not smiling at all and looking at everyone like she mad. Maybe a bad day for her? This is not a complaint, but it’s sad to see people like that when everyone else was so nice and happy! Some people will leave bad reviews and take Stars away for that (not me)

The cleanliness and safety of the property.

While we were encouraged to use and acquire the mobile virtual key, it did not work to get into the parking garage and therefore we had to go back to front desk and get physical key cards which made the virtual key pointless. Also a $200 refundable deposit ($100 per day) was not communicated in any documents from Booking.com or any information received from property. Had to ask from desk to explain when I say a hold for total cost that was $200 more than Booking.com provided. Staff at desk and breakfast area seemed as though questions or interactions with them were a bother. Beds are extremely firm.

The breakfast was excellent! I loved having a variety of choices to eat. The setup was very nice. Having seasonal fruit was good. Being able to choose from a hot breakfast or cold breakfast was a big plus for me and my mom. Also having a variety of juice choices along with coffee as drink options.

I did not like my room view. I love being able to look out my window to see a view of the city lit up instead I was looking at the side of another building.

Ice packs. Breakfast. Ease of checking in & out. Super friendly staff. Convenient to downtown.

Would have loved to be able to adjust shower head settings. Carpet in room needed to be shampooed or something. 30 minutes barefoot & feet were solid black. Pool was so unimpressive. My child (who loves to swim) decided to not go back after 1 trip.

Pros.. Breakfast was a hot..love the different option..biscuit.gravy..eggs..one day Next day..sausage eggs potatoes with peppers and onions..can't forget the usual waffles.oatmeal.grits cereal..

Cons . Construction next door was the Debbie downer of my trip..made parking and just traffic a headache ... having to pay $25 a night for parking was a little extreme but did save having to find parking spot. . Make sure u bring any snacks or drinks u may want because. 6 bucks for a soda is ridiculous...

The location is very good & staff were super helpful and friendly. Check in was very easy & the staff was very helpful not only to me, but with other guest in front and behind me. The fitness center is a little small, but has all the essentials. Good breakfast.

Nothing, comfortable stay.

The kids and I loved the comfy pillows and blankets. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved how the fridge was in the cabinet. Absolutely loved that you had to use your key card to get to any floor but main lobby.

I didn't like the noise from the construction going on next door but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Also the pool is extremely small. Seemed like the size a hot tube would be but only a little bigger.

Room was nicely updated and clean. Great location, easy access to attractions, Coke World, Aquarium, Botanical Gardens and fabulous Zoo. Would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast!!

Parking is in the building behind the hotel. No easy access to the hotel from garage. Limited access to check in due to adjacent construction. Limited seating at breakfast. Took back to room to eat.
