The location was perfect. The room was very clean and smelled so fresh. Loved the decor and aesthetics of the property. The lobby is cute and different. Rose and Rye was really nice I absolutely loved it and the music was on point. The bartender was nice. Loved the saxophonist.

The staff is not inviting. When checking in there was no welcome just can I help you. The bartender at Sister restaurant seemed as if he was high and didn’t want to be there. The valet staff were more friendly they should probably work on that! When I go to hotel I like for the staff to be welcoming and friendly that matters. This was my 1st time staying here and I probably want return. Fir the price I expected a more friendly staff!

The credit card system was down NM and my card was charged748$. The staff was extremely hostile and racist. I was sick and my puppyntoo, so I had to go home. My associate stayed my night. And now they have my laptop hostage. Am considering criminal charges of theft via conversion, and assault. I was told they have the computer but won't give it up till I pay em. Things aren't good. I am a disabled veteran and an attorney. I work for king and Spalding llp and the US government, so this amounts to a terrorist occupation threat and a Haye crime. The pool was dirty. We had to pay more to park. Parking was not included and Breakfast was not included.

This was a couple's weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the staff took great care of us from start to finish! Taneishia Perez contacted us even before our arrival to acknowledge the occasion. And she prepped the Front Desk staff of Markel and Bella to welcome us upon check-in. The gourmet cookies were a nice touch! Our King Suite was lovely and romantic, and the Buckhead location was perfect for getting around Atlanta. I highly recommend the Hotel Colee, and I look forward to staying there again in the future!

The food and beverages on the breakfast buffet at Sister Restaurant could have been a lot better for the price.

Exorbitant parking fee, and inconvenient payment process for parking -- not linked to hotel invoice. Front Desk printer out of order on departure -- no way to get hard copy of invoice. Complicated elevator buttons -- 3-step "security" process *not* explained at Front Desk. Room safe not operational upon arrival -- had to get repair tech to fix. Shower head not flexible -- no way to steer water flow. Bath towels should be bigger. Ugly view of unattractive outdoor parking lot.

My absolute favorite thing about this hotel even when it was the W Hotel is the aesthetic and comfort level of the pillows and beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even when super busy and short handed with it being New Years Eve. The roof top bar stayed open a little later with it being NYE, and that was a blast per usual. This is my absolute favorite hotel in Buckhead and as long as they keep up with the decor, it will continue to be a favorite of mine for years to come.

Seemed like the walls are kind of thin because I could hear all kinds of FUN going on to the left, right, and above us. 😂

Well designed and nice rooms, spacious and modern. Great and superfriendly breakfast and lunch diner across the street.

Facilities were closed, like pool area. Desk personnel made us wait for long and check in procedure was not perceived as easy and guest friendly (we arrived late and wanted to go to sleep). Hotel parking is run by a separate company and both, the hotel and parking, do not seem to bother much with each other. We needed to go back and forth to get the info we needed and understand these are separate.

There are no major reservations about this hotel. It seems that the terrace and pool could be a bit bigger to make the rest even more comfortable. Apart from that, a really high-quality hotel.

I think the staff is excellent! They were very patient and helped with all my questions. I had to shift my reservation pretty quickly and they were extremely accommodating. I also loved the bar and restaurant on the rooftop it was so nice. I would stay here again.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the restaurant was a bit slow. The food was pretty good but if they could improve the time of order to receive the food I think that would enhance the overall experience.

The property was clean and the ambiance was fun. Loved the art installations throughout the hotel, rooms, and bar.

We were very disappointed by the food. The bar food was satisfactory as small plates, but typical. Nothing unique. The menu for breakfast was misleading. Our expectation was a full service restaurant and the food was lacking. The menu online was very enticing compared to the quick service experience and food quality actually presented in Sisters.
