All staff that interacted with were great, polite and friendly. The room was clean. Hotel ideally located for access to the Phipps Mall area

The food options could be better. If there was more choice of cooked breakfast options, it would be far more popular - there were never more than 3 people at breakfast at the same time as me. Plenty of continental cld options though. Likewise the evening food options at the bar area, it's confusing and limited - order meatballs and you get 4 small balls in a small bowl as per the advertised tapas style portions, order a caesar salad and you get a massive plate which could easily be 1/3 or the size and still be enough. When you do find a good choice, the sliders, they're out of stock for the rest of the week.

The staff was very friendly. I liked the fact that after a certain time you had to use you room key to get access to the building. So, I felt very safe since it was my girls and myself. The location was also perfect for where we were going. Plenty of things to do in the area even though it was not on the main street of Lenox Mall.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable. It was too firm for me. The bathroom where the toilet was was a little tight but not to where it was not functional. The biggest thing was the bed.

Great facility, comfortable bed and nice TV. I appreciated the clean design and fireplace in the lobby, and the pool looked nice though i didn't use it. The room was well appointed with coffee maker and ironing board though a Kreuig would have been nicer. I especially appreciated the quiet halls and convenient parking.

The ironing board bracket was about to fall out. The entry lights were out, though maintenance did fix them. No one mentioned the huge 10K race locking us in when we checked in. That's poor form...

The location is great, it is within walking distance of the Nordstrom and an absolutely charming little cafe called Allan's, not sure of the spelling, but right past Nordstrom to the left looking from the hotel, I walked there daily for an Americano and just the environment is adorable. This is close enough to restaurants, target, shopping... literally just a short walk away, I really enjoyed this stay.

The room was spotless and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially being able to walk places.

I don't like that you had to pay for parking, I don't understand why hotels charge you for parking.

It would be better to have complimentary breakfast like most other hotels. Location was great. I loved the Starbucks coffee in the lobby. The pool and gym were fabulous.

Beds were comfortable, room was a good size, shower was excellent, lots of clean towels, mini fridge useful, reception and bar area is great!

The need to ask for housekeeping- housekeeping should happen automatically as some of us forget to ask for it until the afternoon and it was too late at that point. A kettle in the room would be very helpful.

Loved everything about the hotel and the room! Location was perfect and very safe for a family trip! Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful!

Pool was small, but otherwise perfect! Lighting in room was a little dark.

Would loved to have a soaking tub in the bath room. Ice machine should be on every floor. very small pool and weight room

Room -- it was cozy. It was comfortable. I felt like it had just the right amount of space. It was also very quiet. The sheets and pillows were top quality and made sleeping enjoyable.
