There's nothing to not love about this hotel

The service was universally excellent--staff in the restaurant, at the front desk, in the spa; valets, etc all were courteous and skilled. We enjoyed our breakfasts from the a la carte menu and the buffet. The food was very good and selections varied. I have learned to be wary of dinner at a hotel dining room, even at 5-star hotels. Therefore, we were surprised by and pleased with the quality of the dinner menu. I had the blackened rainbow trout, and my partner had the BBQ spiced salmon. Both dishes were delicious and well presented.

Absolutely loved the interior & design. The elevators and room were 10/10. Beds and bathroom all very clean and taken care of. The staff, from valet, to room service & check in were all 10/10. This will be one of my to-go spots whenever we stay in ATL. We stayed here and it happened to be our 1 year anniversary, the staff really made it special.

i was greeted with a smile and great hospitality, the gentleman up front was extremely helpful and polite, i showed up very early just to check on my reservation and he was able to let me in the room a few hours early, i can't express enough how great the stay was, i will be back for sure, awesome place to stay and the hot tub was great as well and the gym facility was a big plus also 5 stars from me and the lady

The room was spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable, we loved the Byredo products (shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, moisturizer), the whole hotel looked good. Staff was very nice, accommodating and helped us with a request of late check-out. We had dogs with us and the experience was great.

Room was spacious and nicely decorated and very clean. They allowed me to checkout late due to some extenuating circumstances and I greatly appreciated it.

I reserved a king on a higher floor but got a double on the 3rd. I was so tired when I arrived (flight delay got me in a little before midnight) that I didn't say anything. There was also a very loud wedding party arriving late at night so I didn't want to risk being moved near them. Lol I also paid for breakfast but didn't get any info from reception at check-in so I didn't know how it worked. I had a busy morning and ended up not eating at all. To be fair, reception was very busy with all the late night check-ins for the boisterous wedding crowd but it was still disappointing.

Beautiful hotel!!! The staff is welcoming and worked hard to make sure our stay was perfect.

One day after housecleaning serviced our room, and our room door was not closed properly. Upon our return, it was very unsettling to see our door ajar.

Everything! The staff were wonderful and the suite was beautiful with a beautiful view. Even breakfast was wonderful.

I didn’t like that the 18th floor wasn’t accessible during our stay since it was part of our suite perks and we weren’t able to enjoy it.

Beautiful lobby. Very accommodating and polite staff. I was allowed to check in 3 hours early with one-day advanced notice. The bed was very comfortable

Indoor pool is very hot and humid with warm ambient temperatures. Not a refreshing swim

The hotel was very nice and accommodating. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities (Pool, gym, bar) were nice.

There are no closures on the rooms so you could here everyone close there door which was like a slam. Putting door closures on the room entry/exit doors would make it much more enjoyable while you are trying to sleep.
