What didn’t I like? Everything was AMAZING!!! Rooms were spacious, and clean. I felt like I was home with how comfortable I felt staying there. Front desk was fenomenal. I was very pleased by the location as well, it was very easy for my family and I to go get food, because there were lots of food places around. If I ever go back to Atlanta I will definitely be staying here again.

There was absolutely nothing I did not like from the property.

The location is excellent with restaurants and bars nearby as well as the MARTA for games and concerts at Mercedez Benz Stadium or State Farm Arena. Rooms are oversized and the beds are comfortable. The new renovated rooms bring this older hotel in a new era. Uber Blacks or Suburbans are also available almost immediately and it's a comfortable pick up and drop off zone. Even though numerous hotels no longer stock the rooms, these still have refrigerators and a gift shop downstairs. Really convenient. The check-in staff were friendly and the lobby bar and restaurants on site are about what you would expect for this hotel. I think it's a good value hotel for Buckhead currently. I've stayed seven nights total this year.

Hotel is still under construction so there maybe intermittent water loss and noise. Probably taken in consideration of the current rates. The sauna did not work well during my stay but the gym is still serviceable. The pool needs some landscaping or furniture upgrades. Maybe a bamboo screen on one side for some shade and privacy on the street sides. During the summer, the pool is crowded but still probably the largest hotel pool in Buckhead. New larger towels for the pool would also bring a nice touch in the hot Atlanta summers.

Overall, the property was really nice! The staff was very kind, loved the large space on the main floor to work during the day and have a pre-dinner cocktail (great breakfast items were also provided in the morning). Location of the property is super convenient in Buckhead.

Unfortunately, my room wasn't cleaned during my stay which was disappointing. Even after I called down to the front desk to ask if it could be serviced, it never was. Also, note that there is construction going on at the property currently. Even though the construction wasn't on my floor, I could still hear it during my stay and it was hard to nap/relax in the afternoon because of it.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bath/shower combo was convenient. We loved using the outdoor pool and appreciated the fact that the expensive breakfast buffet ($30) was free for the five-year old in the family. Next door is Alma Cocina, a truly wonderful Mexican restaurant.

Parking very expensive and you still end up tipping.

Also the room as such is somewhat outdated, it is well maintained and the corner room I had was very nice with large windows. Fantastic King size bed, very comfy. Also the size of the room is good. As the room is not new by example there are no power plugs on or near the desk where one works. Free wifi great and also bathroom very good, again not a new/modern one but absolutely ok, clean, spacious and I liked it. Staff very friendly, both at Front Desk as well, and specially, in Onyx Lobby Bar, great service.

Beautiful, modern sophisticated interior design. The view from the windows were great. Breakfast was delicious. Valet, in-room dining, housekeeping, and concierge services were attentive and polite.

It was challenging walking to and from the self-parking deck. The experience was not worth paying $50 per night.

Great location. The staff is excellent. Everyone was welcoming and easy to talk too. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by to choose from. The hotel was a short drive to the aquarium and the zoo. The gym and pool was a huge plus too. choosing the breakfast included and valet parking made life so much easier. I would easily stay at this hotel again.

The room was outdated. If they would update the room it would be top notch experience.

Arrival and Checkin thorough and very helpful. Room was large as was the bathroom and all was squeaky clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Bartender & lounge service experience wasn’t as excellent as the space or rest of my experience. Also, there wasn’t a bathrobe offered - a surprise. Level of hotel seemed otherwise there.

Our room was beautiful….a corner suite in the top floor. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning and also dinner in the onyx bar area overlooking the garden falls. The pool was very nice with ample chairs.

While the breakfast buffet was nice, a few additional fruit choices would have been appreciated. Would like to have had access to coffee in the lobby. There really was anything problematic during the stay….
