The room was nice and clean and the perfect size. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were comfortable as well. We also liked the bathroom. A very big plus also goes to the direct access to the mall and other shopping and eating areas.

Upon check-in, the attendant was lacking in personality and hospitality. She did not explain the daily gift cards well which caused me to lose out for 2 days because there was no clarity. I cannot express how disappointing it was to go to the front desk with questions only to see her there. This is in no way a reflection of the other helpful desk attendants because they were very helpful. Overall the experience was pleasant.

The city view was INCREDIBLE! The beds were soft. The shower and bath tub was wonderful! I came for a hair appointment and stayed for the weekend. It was so nice! The hotel is full of beautiful art and lovely people. The valet team REALLY shined too. More than everyone the valet and room service personnel were the absolute best! 9/10 overall...will def recommend!

The pillows where too flat. Room service was not very fast but still tasty.

Big room that was clean and the HVAC system was superb. We loved the Pure Air system too. Complementary shuttle to dinner restaurant. Lamin was great driver and so attentive. I liked having to use a key to get up to our room. Made me feel safer.

coffee in the lobby so I didn’t have to go to the trouble to make it in the room. Two bathrobes since it was a double (two beds) room.

We used the club level room which was very nice for sitting and relaxing with a nice view of Atlanta, and the availability of snacks (inclusive) and alcoholic drinks (extra cost).

The alcove that the toilet is in is not made for larger (such as myself) people and made it uncomfortable to use. Getting from the parking garage to the main lobby was a bit of a maze.

Deluxe King room was a nice size. Fitness center had peloton bikes which I used both days of my stay.

The pillows were too soft. After the first night I requested a foam one and there really was no difference. Breakfast included was just an entree and a drink which I thought was bizarre because the menu is a la cart (you could also choose the Buffet but the lean protein options weren’t good to me)

Facility was impeccable. Room felt much bigger than the square footage advertised. Every member of the staff, including the cleaning staff and valets, were kind and helpful. It was one of the few times I felt appreciated staying in a hotel. We will definitely be booking our next Atlanta stay at this property!

I cannot think of anything lacking

Very convenient. We were visiting the French consulate so it was literally a few steps away. The mall can be also be accessed directly from the hotel. We valet parked the car and walked everywhere.

I booked one room for our family of four with breakfast included and at checkin I was told the breakfast was only for 2 people. Each additional person would be 30 dollars. Nowhere during the booking did it indicate this. We had a coffee and watched our kids eat!

room comfort, accessibility to mall and Marta, staff ( especially Lamin your courtesy driver can’t say enough about him a gem as are the valet staff that went overboard to help me even to get an Uber) front desk super helpful even bartenders.

the bar hours not open in afternoon, restaurant ( but only related to such minimal menue ) at breakfast. I would have liked eggs Benedict Eg. would have liked to stay at concierge level but not known if there was one ANDi would like to suggest a concierge desk ( might relieve some pressure or nuisance questions and suggestions from travelers like myself

The room was a very nice size and the bathroom was modern. We had a very nice experience checking in. Also, Friday and Saturday evening there were snacks and iced tea in the lobby. That was a really nice touch. The valet team were all amazing and the hospitality staff very helpful.

The pillows were oddly shaped and not very comfortable. The toilet paper roll was so close to the toilet, it nearly pushed up against my leg when sitting on the toilet.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable. Buckhead is a beautiful area and having direct access to the mall is convenient. There's also a shuttle that has a 2 mile radius and a metro station nearby. Breakfast was great!
