I was feeling cranky from my travels, but when I realized there were Byredo "Bal d'Afrique" toiletries, I was amazed--few hotels have toiletries based on a major fragrance. And they did smell great! Other pluses were just the sheer size and elegance of the room and all its furnishings, and having a deep soaking tub separately from the walk in shower. I learned the next morning that it is about a 10 minute walk to a very fancy mall, with Louis Vuitton, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, etc--big city shopping options! And yet it's also a 5 minute walk to the "Marta" public transport stop. When I was in a rush to my next flight, I couldn't take the time for a cab in rush hour, and got to the airport 25 minutes on the Marta.

When I first tried to use my key card in the elevator, it didn't work. A kind staff member suggested using the key reader on the other side of the elevator door, and sure enough, that did work. But I am not sure the first key reader got fixed--I tried it again the next morning and it still didn't work. The other thing was just that on my first evening, the restaurant was closed for a special event.

Amazing from the time we got out our car , we received help with taking bags to our room. Checking in was fast. The room was Amazing as well as the View. We celebrated NEW YEARS EVE the Hotel food was Awesome we had dinner as well as Breakfast. My husband is a Diabetic & his Blood Sugar drop so we were given a late check out @ no charge by the Manger & I hate I forgot her name but she was so so AMAZING all the staff Amazing I can't stop praising the staff. I Called to get help with our bags and I promise he was up no more than 5 mins or less😂❤️🔥🔥🔥 & our car was ready with no wait.I Love Everything, Everything about our stay. Jacqueline Reese

The front desk staff was awesome April was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Night concierge DJ received myself and my family very warmly. We had a EV as a rental and was satisfied with his direction for use of the charging stations.

The restaurant staff was not very professional so we did not utilize the on site restaurant for any dinning needs. Once the Americano's staff was not pleasant my family and I had to leave the comfort of the hotel for dinning needs. I hope in the future the staff will adjust.

Amazing aesthetics. Very welcoming with an upscale vibe. The bathroom was my favorite part about the room.

No refrigerator in the room. There’s only a refrigerated mini bar that charges your room for taking things out even if you’re just moving things or snaking space. However, the hotel was very accommodating with removing those charges.

I loved the aesthetics of the property. I enjoyed the staff who were professional and kind. Each staff you came in contact with they were willing to help, if needed. I also loved the mirror elevators, they’re my fave. The room was outstanding! I love every inch of it. I love baths, so I was excited for the bathtub. No one was by the pool, so it was fun to be in it by ourselves. The whirlpool was great too. All around a great experience.

I ordered room service my last night i ordered a chicken sandwich fried it was burnt i expected it to be amazing and it wasn't i had a long and busy weekend with my family i was tired so i didn't complain i just left it on the table got up the next morning and checked out

I liked the elegance, the speed of the elevators, the staff was nice and courteous.

The pillows were uncomfortable. No microwave in room and the $30 rental for microwave. Didn’t like the 2 mile drop off but no pick up - would be helpful if you offered travel both ways.

Loved the view!! We had a view of Stone Mountain out of one window and ATL out of the other. It was a breathtaking view when the sun came up the next morning 😍

The walls are thin and I could hear activities in surrounding rooms. Had to wear earplugs to go to sleep.

The staff were very friendly. Andre assisted me with decorating our room prior to the arrival for our 20 year anniversary. We had dinner on site and the service was impeccable a tad over priced for the portions and quality.
