The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable The fitness center was nice and spacious. Angela at the FD was very nice. Location is close to nearby outlets.

The bathroom had a weird odor. We sprayed the bathroom but smell kept resurfacing. We were only staying 2 nights so we didn't complain to FD. Also breakfast options could have been better. The eggs looked like pasted mac and cheese. And I didn't like the $100 incidental hold per day that wasn't advertised before my arrival. Also parking is pretty expensive here. As beautiful as the hotel is, I think I prefer another Embassy location that doesn't charge too much for parking or hold as high amount for incidentals. Lastly the water in the shower took a little over a minute to get hot on the first night. Afterword shower worked fine. Elevators can get very busy on Saturdays and wait times can be long.

The room was very neat and clean. The scenery was great, we love the live band and happy hour, although this time we arrived at the hotel too late for happy hour. Breakfast was good with your choice of omelette.

Unfortunately new staff were parking cars, and our car was misplaced and the keys were left in it. Thankfully I have an app on my phone to locate the car and keys which advised the keys were in the car. LOL we had to walk the parking garage and my husband noticed the car was by the street we walked back in front of the building and there she sat. The parking fee is supposed to be returned within 17days ... We will see.

This was my second time staying at this property. Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating to the needs of their guests.

The cart services for load and unload luggage. There needs to be a system in place to ensure guests are able to get a cart to load and unload their belongings. A cart ticket should be issued and log maintained to ensure carts are returned and available for use. When the idea behind carts is a first come first serve basis, it tends to cause confusing amongst guests when trying to obtain one.

I love when the rooms are built around the center of the hotel, the weight room was nice, rooms and bathrooms are very pretty and the pool was great.

I didn’t like that when we arrived booking.com hadn’t sent out reservation to the hotel and we had to stand there upon arriving for nearly an hour. If I was the hotel front desk I would have said no worries. I see your reservation here on booking.com let’s get your room and figure it out later so your children don’t have to stand around.

The location was great and most of the staff were very helpful.

There was one staff member that treated me as if I didn’t belong. I asked for a bottle of water and she looked me up and down and asked if I already received water. Her first word was “do” which she corrected. I wonder if she was going to ask if I had a room there. She then said there’s a water policy which I understood. I did not care for the initial interaction though. It was smug and demeaning.

Room was lovely, comfortable great view and loved that it had a microwave in the room. Location was perfectly positioned just a short walk to Buckhead train station which meant we had good access to main attractions. We loved the happy hour and thought it was great way to relax and talk to people. Ruth’s Chris steakhouse was exceptional.

The food was limited and the way it was served was not great. If we are going to use disposable tableware it should be plates as eating bacon from bowl was difficult. If you are sitting downstairs at the table we should be able to use proper plates. Only getting access to tea at breakfast. Coffee machine in room was difficult to use a kettle would be so much easier.

Breakfast was good. I had an omelette with bacon on the side, yogurt, apple juice and coffee. I wish they had fresh fruit available or maybe smoothies as an option. I was definitely looking for doughnuts but didn’t see any.

I tried the orange juice and it was not good at all. I’m not really a picky person so I really don’t have anything bad to say about breakfast.

Very good location, the staff was lovely and the facilities very good. Our room was excellent and the bed very comfortable.

The breakfast was a little disappointing in regards to variety, I would have liked to see some fresh fruit and yogurt (they only served yogurt one morning out of the four we stayed). And as a European I was very surprised of the excess use of plastic, for example in cutlery and dishes.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious suite including the bathroom. Hot water and strong water pressure in the shower. I thought the price was very good for the location and value I received. No complaints at all.

Something that is outside of their control is the rush hour traffic on Peachtree Rd. But I think that is par for the course in Atlanta. I also didn’t like the traffic on Atlanta highways, but it’s a big city and should be expected.

The staff was extremely professional, friendly, courteous, and attentive! We had pleasant interactions with everyone from the valet attendant; to the front desk personnel [Shanene and Christina were amazing in answering questions and offering suggestions, and making me feel like we were "old friends"]; to the bartender at the complementary Manager's Reception [Nazrul served the perfect non-alcoholic cocktail]; to ALL of the breakfast attendant's [whose names I did not get, as there were too many to remember, yet they served well]; to the room attendant [whom I did not get to see, but still they provided great service]! All areas worked together to make this an enjoyable and memorable trip!

I did not like the toilet paper. However, that is an issue with the supplier and appears to be an industry standard. Therefore, I did not see it as a reflection of the hotel nor a negative impact on my stay. I simply plan to travel with my own toilet paper from now on.😁
