Manager Bryan and staff Brenda made our stay super pleasant! Because we are very sensitive to the room directions , they made all the efforts to accommodate our special needs, good job well done 👍

Suggestions for daily breakfast to improve: 1: provide boiled egg 2: provide hot cereal meals and hot vegetables ( peppers and carrots or celery etc) 3: apple , oranges & bananas available throughout the day if possible

Decent breakfast options. Liked the pancake machine and fresh made omelettes. Great big exercise room with variety of equipment... 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, weights, resistance tubes with handles, yoga mat, kettle bells. Beds were VERY comfortable.

Didn´t like the styrofoam cups. Marijuana smell in the hallways on the first night, despite indications that it was a no smoking hotel... no vaping, cigarettes or marijuana. Had requested a room with 2 beds but arrived at a suite with only 1. However, the receptionist at the desk was good to get us switched to a room with 2 beds.

Mostly everything was nice. They had a turkey option for breakfast. The coffee was delicious. The receptionists always spoke day or night. Our room was upgraded after a couple of failed keys. Fixed our clogged toilet quickly.

There was not a plain choice of eggs. They either had cheese or another topping scrambled in them. There was a horrible smell lingering in the lobby area. It was more noticeable near the elevators. The bathroom toilet in our room clogged up.

Everyone was helpful and polite. The gym was nice, the beds were comfy, the shower had decent pressure…

Well, our tv didn’t work, and they offered us a room switch… but we declined because we had unpacked and had to head out. I also think they should add anti-slip strips to the tub.

Large and spacious rooms, comfy bedding, great hot breakfast with good variety including hash browns and turkey sausage. Hot coffee and tea available all day. Nice ambiance and relaxing atmosphere. Good location. A gas station and waffle house is only a five minute walk. Overall a great value especially with breakfast included. There is also a fridge, microwave and coffee in the rooms. I would definitely stay again.

My room didn't have the toiletries on the sink area when I first arrived. Sometimes there was no staff at the front desk and you had to wait for minutes until someone came. This happened multiple times, even when I wanted to check out. One evening I went to the desk, and a staff member never acknowledged my presence, I just walked off.

This was a great location for a sporting event that my husband and I were attending at Silverbacks Park. In addition to being close to the stadium; it was also only 11 minutes from the Atlanta Aquarium and 20 minutes from Stone Mountain Park which we also went to.

You just need to put extra covers in the closet and tv set up was complicated. The tiolet was extremely low to ground. I struggled to get up. Needs higher tiolets in facility. Breakfast and customer service were EXCELLENT The lamp in our room was stained and dingy, it needed to be replaced.!

Location and parking was easy

No carts available for luggage…. Very inconsiderate of others when people choose to keep them in their rooms for their convenience. Make it mandatory to bring them back downstairs for everyone!!! Husband has cancer and we were staying overnight for treatments. I had to make several trips from car to room because of others selfishness.

Staff were so friendly, and helpful. Happy that they had breakfast that I can eat since I don’t eat pork. Close to the location of the conference we were attending.

Refrigerator freezer was smaller than what I’m used to.

My door lock did not work in room 338, and I did not notice it until the next morning. I have a practice of always using the night latch on the door for added protection. I spoke to Lori (sales director) about it before checking out.
