The manager Lee was awesome and had an amazing vibe he even gave us a complementary breakfast when we had some issues with my reservation,and The Club Room restaurant Kylie is always a pleasure too, each time I've ordered the Alfredo shrimp pasta they never put my peppers and green onion in my dish(it's in the menu) I told Kylie and he made sure I got them this time and it made the dish so much more flavorful. It's March Madness(basketball) our TV wouldn't come on one call to the front desk and they sent an engineer up to fix it,I love it here..

This hotel is beautiful, the room was perfect for two, the staff was so friendly, the indoor pool was very nice, and the cocktail lounge had some delicious drinks.

My only complaint was that based on the property’s photos, I was under the impression that the bowling alley was available to guests, but it has to be rented separately for events because it’s considered one of the property’s venues.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, very quiet. Food was great. Love the indoor pool.

My only complaint is the timing of the elevators. They kept closing on us as we were getting in. At one point my 5 year old was inside alone and I couldn’t get the door open. She was stuck by herself for a few minutes until the door opened again. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed, but this should be reviewed.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share my feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, my experience was pleasant, but there was a small issue that I encountered upon my arrival, which I believe needs your attention. Firstly, I would like to commend your staff for their friendly and helpful demeanor during my stay. The service provided was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time at your establishment.

However, I encountered a minor inconvenience upon my arrival. Despite having made an advance payment for my reservation, I had to wait for an extended period on the couch. It appears that there was a miscommunication, as the computer system marked me as a no-show. As a result, I had to wait longer than expected before being accommodated.

Everything was excellent.

Housekeeping was annoying the morning we were leaving. My mother was with me for a medical procedure the day before, and we were looking forward to sleeping in since checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came by knocking three separate times at 8am, 9am and 9:30am. It was a very unpleasant way to start the day. Maybe don’t disturb people hours before they have checked out?

Bed was very comfortable. Room was on first floor and since I am handicapped that was appreciated. The breakfast was very good, but expensive. I stayed here while my husband was in Emory Hospital. Was here for 5 nights and felt very safe staying alone.

I have stayed there before, so it is beginning to feel like home. The location is ideal for anyone who needs to be near Emory. Lovely in the forest and close to Lullwater Park.

The food is not great. But General Muir is around the corner and a Thai restaurant across from the CDC.

Friendly, helpful staff at front desk. Convenient location close to Emory campus medical facilities. The property itself has a very pleasant atmosphere inside and outside.

Extra fee added ($15 per day) for parking onsite in the garage. The temperature in the hallways and elevators was uncomfortably warm during my stay (maybe the A/C in the common areas was having a problem that day).

A very nice stay for a business trip, the room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the bed was SO comfy. I really enjoyed the stay and if I had another meeting at Emory it's a no brainer that I'll be back.

Everything was exceptional from my perspective, the staff were helpful and the whole experience was great. You're getting a good deal if you stay here.

The Hotel had a massive back up of unexpected guests & check in process took well over 2 hours. HOWEVER, Staff was unbelievably incredible! The manager Don & staff took care of their clients while waiting in line with drinks etc etc, I was completely impressed with this entire staff! KUDOS! You all (including the bartender, etc, etc, etc, )had massive STRESS and handled it like a SEASONED BOSS!
